I guess now its time to show my real age. I have one that most people never heard of but it was sick. My first club was THE UNDERGROUND in NYC. Three floors of pure insanity. Just for everyone to realize the time frame at one point the biggest song there was Fly Titas. We are looking at somewhere around 86 when I was 15. At those times it was ez to get into clubs even at a young age. There has not been a place like that since. 3 floors of complete insanity. It was the first time I saw a person walking around with a snake like it was cool. Other hot spots were Emerald City, Palladium and the Limelight of course in NYC. Miracles in Nanuet was the easiest place to get fucked up so that was always good. In NJ I think it was Dancins in Palisade Park I was 17 at that time going to their 21 and over Saturday party that was by far the hottest in NJ. I knew the head bouncer at the time, Big Mike, and he kept it real for me every Saturday. It was great going back to high school on Mondays telling all your friends you didnt have to go to the city on Saturdays I was hanging at the ultimate Dance Club in NJ, Dancin.

I hope everyone that was at Joeys last night (Friday) enjoyed our little surprise we had for them. It was confirmed in the afternoon but we made it a point to not try to blow it up and to let our already busy venue enjoy the surprise. If you werent there you missed out to a surprise performance by Deborah Cox. Deborah was not scheduled to perform, she came in to hang out with her long time friend Mike Rizzo. What a perfect night, Denny on the wheels and a surprise performance by DEBORAH COX. I have been in this business a long time and I dont remember ever hearing about a surprise performance in NJ by someone the kaliber of Deborah Cox. What a great performer and woman she is! This is the 6th time I have dealt with Deborah one on one (the other 5 at Club Abyss) and she was as great as before. Yes she only performed her new track but Deborah Cox is Deborah Cox. Well I hope everyone that was there enjoyed it. Thanks again to Mike Rizzo for making this happen.

About being big in NJ if I really wanted to I could be a player in NYC too. I worked in the factory when Johnathan started there. I did World when it was on top. I was asked to do Spa but I said no because NYC was a touchy subject after 9/11. DT's promotional manager Eric and I are good friends and I have been asked to do things with DT. Centro on Thursdays, lets see Alex and Leo are super close and they have approached me time and time again to do that party. About me talking about what I make that was only to prove there are people that do this not for the money because I dont need it. About being an ugly fuck now I am sure you dont know who I am or what I look like. I have probably slept with one of your exs or current girls. I am done for now. I did take your advice about one thing I took a look in the mirror and you want to know what I saw. A guy that is 31 (never knew that was close to the age 50) that is as successful as your entire family combined. I am a CFO during the day (that is an accountant to you uneducated idiot) which makes a 100k a year just doing that(do the math thats 5 times what u make). So now u see I dont do it for the money. On the weekends I run a couple great parties that I love being involved with so I can have a place to invite my friends and hang out at. Friends = people that actually like you (what do u got one or two of them). It must be so since you cant post under your own name and until your read ur screenname on CP it was the first time someone ever used those words to describe you. About DEKO, I dont think DEKO is the next great thing but it is a beautiful place with a beautiful crowd and an excellent staff. Those are the things that make a great party and right now we have all of them. Beleive me when I tell you I know that all that hype can one day end but I will try to go with it as long as people want to come there. I also do appreciate comments on this board (including yours) so I know what I need to address in my meetings with ownership. About you not coming to DEKO, tell me where u do go because there is a good possibility I have been called by that venue to work there and I will come work there just so we can meet and you can kiss my ass. First of all I am not going to respond on anything about Thursdays becuase its not my party but I do listen to complaints and forward them to management. About the sounds more like a frat party. Thats what I would have if every guy came with 5 dudes and there were no girls in there. You might have been alright with that in college but that is why I wasnt in a FRAT in school. I have no wants to hang with guys all night. SORRY.

I guess its time for someone from DEKO to reply to this thread. First let me take the chance to apologize for any attitude that any customer has received from anyone at the front door or inside. Our goal is to be totally customer orientated, which I thought in general we were, but according to this thread there are people that are not. Those who know me know I am the face behind the Saturday party and I will make it a point to speak to everyone mentioned in this thread. I know I have explained the holding of the line before but I have no problem explaining it again. First let me tell you that I know we are in Sayreville and not NYC but what good are the NYC spots without NJ (answer not good at all). Everyone that comes to DEKO are NYC club goers and everyone is used to many of the policies that we have at the door. We never wanted to be strict at the door but when your place holds 8 or 9 hundred people and 1300 are coming to the door something needs to be done. Gentlemen, if we allow groups of 4 or 5 guys in at a time without girls then all of a sudden the place is packed and its all guys and the party is called a sausage fest and it dies real soon. Now with our current policy guys come with women even if they are only friends and they are getting right in. Just because you might not be interested in the woman or the woman might not be interested in you doesnt mean it hurts to come together because your mrs. right or her mr. right might be inside. Those clickers that Danny has are my guy and girl counts. Gentlemen want you to realize one thing. This door policy benefits you a ton. As long as there are as many guys and girls in the room at the same time the odds of meeting someone are better then if there are 2 guys to 1 girl. You guys dont help when you come with 5 other guys. Ladies its good for you becuase the quality guys come in and since the rate is 1 to 1 then your pick of the litter is better. Now back to the original thread. IF ANY OF YOU COME THERE SATURDAY AND YOU ARE BOTHERED BY THE LINE OUTSIDE WAITING TO GET IN AND YOU ARE WITH A GOOD GUY GIRL RATIO ASK FOR ME PERSONALLY AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST. Yes Denny plays great at Joeys but I think it only helps Denny that he gets the opportunity to keep Fridays available to play in Rhode Island, Long Island, etc. He is scheduled to play once a month on Friday at Joeys and at least once a month at my Saturday party, DEKO. Plus, I feel I have a great resident already in Kirk Lopez on Fridays. Kirk and I try to do as much as possible together because we work well together. Our Sunday party on the shore is legendary.
