  1. Your exagerating slightly on Junior, but he does play into the afternoon most times (especially when he comes on anywhere between 3-4am), and the latest I've every been there was till 6pm on his birthday some time ago...regarding the post....the first time I left Twilo and entered pure daylight, a friend of mine freaked out because the sun was shining right in her face. I found out that that was a common experience shared by other first timers. Walking down the street, I encountered a little league game at the park nearby. That was a little disturbing. As far as I see, too many people put a premium on seeing how late they can stay out. As long as the night was good, I wouldn't care if I went somewhere at 10:00pm and left at 2. It all depends on where ya go........
  2. Oh. Sorry. Sorry. Oh. Sorry. Sorry. Oh. Sorry. Commercial. Sorry. Oh Oh Oh Oh. Sorry. Nice to see you've jumped on the bandwa...I mean joined the rest of us. DT. DT. DT. DT........and why is it that you (meaning me) can't like DT and Junior at the same time? Is it a crime to have different tastes? Am I being cunty? GOOD!
  3. The Junior CD is fucking amazing so far, IMODO. I also just picked up GU017 Tenaglia recently, and that is also amazing, if you (a) listen to it LOUD, and ( understand what he tried to do with that compilation. Perfect music for the ride home after work. 2 beautiful works of art.......
  4. Well, when you grow up and graduate from EXIT, you'll learn to love JUNIOR!!! Ahahahah, a little Diva Bitchiness, in respect for JUNYA! LordG P.S. - Just kidding Calyandra..........
  5. ....shift a number of detectives out of Narcotics division, and re-assign them to precients to investigate serious crimes. This will mean a reduction in bodies available to conduct matters, such as raids or investigation. This will be good news to all you crackheads out there.
  6. I read an interview with Danny Tenaglia, in which he said his life would basically be over if he lost his stuff. He carries everything around in a special suitcase. When the reporter asked him what he would do if he lost that, he answered "It's irreplacable"
  7. What I mean is that he'll play the tracks that you usually only find on the other side of the Atlantic.....
  8. Here we go with my 24 hr party.......... 1) Carl Cox 2hr set (a nice DnB warm up) 2) Seb Fontaine 2hr (kick it up a notch) 3) John Digweed 3hr (building that euro sound) 4) dtenaglia.com 6hr( deep, dark, DT!) 5) Miss Vasquez 8hr (JV turns it on fiercly) and lastly......... 6) Larry Levan 2hr (oldskool disco house love!) Beat that F'ing lineup!
  9. This can only breath new life into Junior. If she is sharing the stage with Howells, the only thing that can come out of this is a healthy competition. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  10. Junior's birthday should be everyday....His birthday is usually incredible, but I wouldn't even show up until 9-10 am. Since he's spinning so long, the party usually doesn't even get going until that time.
  11. Vinyl was open that Saturday and Sunday, there is no reason why they shouldn't be open Friday........
  12. I would pay a couple of thousand, then hoard all the drugs. I then would sell them the next week, and retire on the profits.....
  13. OF COURSE! Archie was always "Big Pimpin'"......
  14. Of course, the #1 reason to go out to a club (or anywhere) is to have a good time. BUT...there are a lot of people who are into the technical aspects of a DJ and a club. Why shouldn't they voice their opinion about it? There will always be people who want to discuss topics like that. Your doing exactly what you argued against in your post. If you don't like the topic, don't read it or respond to it. Simple as that.
  15. The EASIEST way to burn a CD from MP3's is to use a program called CDRWIN. It is a general-purpose CD Burner program, butall you have to do is select the MP3's you want to burn onto a CD and it will burn them directly onto a CD. You don't even have to convert them first, it does it while it's burning the disc. Search for it and the crack on the web.
  16. First off, some of the names are misspelled. That's a sure giveaway. Second, what do we have in NY indoors that can hold 30,000 people on a floor? If you take into account that a concert at MSG can hold probably 22,000 people at the most, and that is shoulder to shoulder, what else is there? No way padre.......
  17. I guess that I'm the only one here whose parents are in the know about everything in the club scene. This is a topic to share when I actually talk to some of you people at a club!
  18. NYC , hands down. There is no comparision. South Beach is great, don;t get me wrong, but there is nothing like NYC.
  19. Ummm...My final answer would be NO. I am a heterosexual. I am not sexually attracted to men. I would definetly not be attracted to a man who is turning into a woman. I saw this gorgeous woman in South Beach memorial day weekend. I was so attracted to her, until she turned into he (I saw a bulging package). I was instantly turned off. That is my chemical makeup. Although I have to admit a childhood obsession with Roland Orbazal from Tears for Fears.........
  20. Captain Morgan and Ginger Ale (tastes like cream soda.
