That is a tough one. I saw Sasha when he came up to Toronto. Fucking huge. He spun some really harrrd shit. After that experience I immediately bought a plane ticket to NYC and caught S&D at Twilo. My friends and I were completely blown away. Sasha's has that fucked up trancy wave shit that really fucks with your head. Diggs is a savage. He throws out some really hard beats. I can think of no better combination.

Have to agree. Buying from some random person at a club is nothing but trouble. Chances are you'll waste your dough, and possibly get something bad. I would rather deal with having no pills than take that chance again.

I think it is from the candy. I have quit eating anything sour and that seems to help. Maybe stick with bubble gum instead of hard candy. As far as I know, once you get those things you just have to wait it out.

By any chance do you know if he is making his way to Toronto??? I would really like to see him spin.

I went to NY to check out S&D at Twilo last month. We don't have anything quite like that. However, there is a good scene. Lots of good local talent and a lot of the intl DJs find there way here. The Guv't has a killer sound system as pointed out above. I like some of the smaller clubs like System and Turbo or Element. Check out www.eye.net for a schedule of DJs. It is posted on Thursdays.

I haven't been there for about a year but the last time I was there Sona was still good. Stays open till 10:00 am. Usually a good crowd. There isn't a line up. It's more of a stand around the velvet rope until the door guy decides you are good looking enough to get in. The Dome is more of a mainstream dance music sort of place. If you are looking for more clubby good DJ stuff also check out Groove Society. In Montreal a lot of the good clubs are hidden down alleys and have no signs so just ask around.

My boyfriend and I went to see Sasha at Meow and we both agree that it was F A N T A S T I C ! ! ! We are also going to see Sasha at Twilo at the end of July 2000.
