What are you implying - that i am a PVD whore now? I gotta admit - it WAS a fun night. Luis Diaz set was impressive - very hard and dark. PVD came one and for the first couple of tracks he kept up with Diaz's style but almost right away he dropped one of his anthems and i thought: oh, god! here we go...But surprisingly, his set wasnt all cheese. For the most of part it was hard and bangin'. Roxy is a pretty cool space: 1 floor, but a very large room with low ceiling, awesome lighting and a NICE sound system. The crowd was...well...NY style - i got pushed all night long but only heard "excuse me" once... Had to leave around 7AM...But didnt get to go to sleep at all, so by Sat. night i couldnt even bear the thought of hitting up Arc. On Sunday, though we went to chill at Central park (it was a very nice day) and got to see a Broadway show (Cabaret) for the first time. Pretty good trip overall. I would come back to Roxy for some Calderon since i missed him in DC this weekend.
