Well for those of us that have no problem shelling out 60 bucks It is more than worth it. You are helping a great cause, seeing them in a sick environment. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER FREQUENTED CIPRIANI'S OR CIPRIANI's DOWNTOWN. The Food is amazing, the people are beautiful, the staff are on point, the drinks are hella far from watered down and it's balcony is the inside of Grand Central Station. I am a happy camper CAN NOT WAIT finally I can sit, drink and listen to S&D without a dirty environment.

IMO There are people that sell out and people that sell out rooms I believe they sell out rooms. I paid 100 bucks a ticket for the PRODUCERS (broadway show) and got 3 hours of a great time. To me paying 60 bucks to go have about 10 hours of fun and see & hangwith people that enjoy this as much as I do is worth it.

Bkissa, I would agree with you about saying allthis stuff, but I know TONY and have said this in the booth to his face. ADAM S and I went to college together. He is the Puppeteer of Draper. And I have said it to his face, Joey X's Face, David Marvesi's face, and preached it from the mountain tops. I would have been easy on the kid but there have been times where the crowd of EXIT on fridays has missed out on many opportunities to hear other djs because of the bitch fits and crying of this dj. So now I have to bury his ass. Word to the wise if you are a new jack dj (don't take the name of a grammy winning black r&b artist) and basically don't have the big shit ego because you lucked out, to snub DJ that are 20 times better than you is just a bad move. And I know why Tony & Adam do this too. 3 reasons 1) They know he sucks too and are scared that if they bring better dj's the crowd will turn on DRAPER and Adam will loose control over the main floor. 2) The Less money they have to shell out on the main floor the more money goes into Adam's pocket. 3) Tony knows no one else will hire him so this is his only place to cling to. Welcome to the city that never sleeps........ If you want to do something but not a dance club on the weekend there is always the BAND BARS on Bleeker which someone mentioned. Also bunch of off broad shows downtown if you want to see STOMP, BLUE MAN TUBE GROUP, JANIS all of those. There are Galleries and a bunch of other things what exactly are you looking for?
