That name - along with Sound Factory - should never be used for a place that WILL NEVER EVER compare to the LEGENDARY PARTIES AND CLUBS that hold very special places in OLD SHOOLERS hearts. Stop riding the coattails and try contributing to our club scene by creating something new, different, and legendary all on your own. UM - WRONG!! She didn't perform that night because she performed in Hollywood after midnight for some party out there. She was NEVER slated as a definite - on the flyer it NEVER stated either of them were to perform - it was all implied - never specified. Her performance was even broadcast on TV. I don't know who you get your info from - but they weren't telling you the truth. Sorry - wish she had though - would have been cute!! Blu's performance was GREAT - as was Kevin's. R&K kind of sucked and unfortunately I missed Rafael's show - 7PM was late enough for me!

OK - here's a few more after a good night sleep: TJATS- Deborah Cox Disco Inferno Accapella layered over Relentless horns - FUCKING INCRIDEIBLE!! Nothing Comapers to You - Sined O'Connor original during a recap of 9/11 tragedy ending with one of the most beuatiful images of the WTC towers on the vidoe screens above the stage!! My Imagination Trippin System Of Silence Alive - Kevin Performed this TWICE! Fired up - FGD and the last one I remember is Magic Orgasm! Can't wait to go back - but not til Februaary for me!!

TRULY AN AMZING DAY!! Got in at 9:15AM to no lines at the entrance or coatcheck - no SEARCHING whatsoever. The dance floor was PACKED when we arrived - NO WAY could you even get to it. Waited by the bar upstairs until about 10:30 - then made our way downstairs. Found a comfy spot under the booth with room and AIR! It was perfect. Some *gags* of the night: Gimme Love Perculator Kepp Control (his mix is FUCKING INSANE) House Music Weep - people SCREAMING the words so loud it was hard to hear the vocal coming through the speakers- many times he just cut the sound out!! REAP - original into 2001 remix Girlfriend - WERKED HIS MIX LIKE NO OTHER!! Show Me Love Work It To The Bone OOPPSS! - great performance. SWEAT Rapture - FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS!! FLAWLESS! Family Affair Waiting for Tonight - great to hear him play that! DREAMER Caught up - Razors mix I know there were a lot more that had me speechless but my memory is not alloowing me to retrieve them at this time. I left about 6:45PM with there being at least 2000-3000 people still in there. He closed about 9:30PM with about 1000 still there - and I think he mainly closed because security was telling him to! It was really a GREAT DAY! Energy was HIGH many many times - peformances were good (could have been a little better), people were friendly for the most part (although excuse me doesn't exist to some), security was lax IMO, and basically he just ROCKED IT!! No matter where you went people were smiling, shaking thier groove thing, and just having a good time. Definitely will not be going back for a while - need at least a month or 2 to recover! Well, finished here for the day - going home to BED!! Hope this helps - and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

Unfortunately this board is full of people who aren't professional - and the way people behave is the sole reason why this HAD TO BE DONE!! What's not right is that what is supposed to be a community of people sharing experiences has become nothing more than a gossip column for the NY/NJ club scene. People used to come here to share their experiences, but now when you do that, you are subjected to all sorts of outlandish attacks, comments, and ridicule from a select group of people. Voicing an opinion is one thing - but when it comes down to personal attacks, defamation of character, and slander, how else do you expect someone to react. These individuals must know that there will be consequences to be paid for their actions! There is a fine line between meaningless banter and jawing and that line has been crossed - and crossed for the sole purpose of destroying the name of a man who has done so much for the club scene in NJ. People forget that before Denny there weren't all that many NJ DJ's who were able to make it in the industry. He educated so many people with his sound and style - a sound comparable to many well known DJ's. And now because he carving a nice name for himself in this business, all these people want to destroy what took him so long to build. No one is perfect in this world, and I am sure that there are people who may not like what he does or like the type of man he is. BUT at least he KEEPS IT REAL!! HE doesn't hide - he keeps himslef out there in plain view. He takes a lot of heat for being a NJ DJ and boils down to people just being jealous of how far he has come. People should focus there energy more on there own lives rather than what someone else is doing who has no bearing on their own life.
