I heard that when drinking lots of water when you roll is a good thing. when i roll i don't feel like drinking water or any other fluids. I find that when i drink OJ its easier for me to drink when i roll and it taste better. Does this help like water? i know that vit C does alittle. but i don't know if there is that much vit c in OJ.

have any of you guys trip from taking to much E? as of NYE that was my second time seeing things from taking to much E. i dont' like the way it feels. Every where i look, it feels like i'm looking at hell. everyone's faces changing and burnt with acid and all kinds of nasty crap. Is that really bad for your brain when you start seeing things? I'm out of the area visiting some friends in new york for <A HREF="http://www.clubplanet.com/newyearseve/">new years eve</a> . They are 20 years old. I was wondering whats a good 18 and up club to go too? We are more into the trance music, dress up kind of thing... kind of like spa i belive?

5 is basically dress to impress. Everyone here is pretty trendy dressing. Nothing like buzz though eventhough they have trance music. I think 18 and over is on friday night.. maybe thursday? i dunno
