OK, for a um, less scientific reply... I did it once for about two months and lost a good 10lbs, maybe more. Felt energized and healthy and craved fewer carbs and sweets. I would recommend it but the problem is that once you start eating bagels for breakfast again (my fave) and incorporating other carbs back into your diet you will definitely gain some weight back so beware! ------------------

AAAAH, no wonder why I was totally confused, someone told me it was Junior Vasquez, DUH! But, for those that were curious, I went with three guys at 12:30am and they told us that if we were not on the <A HREF="http://www.clubplanet.com/guestlists/" TARGET="_blank"> guestlist</A> we couldn't get in until 1am or 1:30. So, we went back at 2am and they were still assholes and told us that we needed more ladies. Waited until a few friends came by around then and they STILL didn't want to let us in (even though it was a huge group of probably 5 girls and 7 guys) so we talked our way in. It was really annoying and definitely changed my opinion of Centro-Fly ------------------

OK, so what a surprise to (finally) get inside Centro Fly and hear that Junior was spinning. Had no idea...Although it was a fun night in all, those bastard bouncers turned me and my three guy friends away twice for lame reasons. Who else was there?! ------------------
