This is the one thing that once I realized it I know I had truly changed. Not too long ago the idea of "chasing a girl" or "hitting on" or "trying to get with" a girl/woman became totally wack to me. I could care less about attempting to work at or work for ANY booty. Relationships are natural and have a life of their own either they work or they don't. believe me, i'm not into fad diets. i think they're pointless precisely for the reasons you stated. i've been exercising 5-6 days a week for over a year. during that time i changed my eating habits (limiting carbs and whatnot) and i drink over 8 glasses of water a day. BUT my problem is i've stopped loosing weight. i do all the little things like refrain from using mayo or butter or anything else that tastes really good but isn't really necessary. i need to know more about nutrition and what a healthy diet is. that's really what i'm looking for. Alright hun all diets are bullshit. The word diet should be eliminated from the english vocabulary. Okay so you diet, how long ya gonna diet for? You gonna go on some crash diet so you can lose all this weight just to stop the diet at some point cause your gonna stop because whatever diet your on is clearly not healthy and then your gonna gain it all back and then some because your body is going into shock from the extreme increase in calorie intake in opposition to your lil fad diet. Don't change your diet if you wanna lose wieght, change your lifestlye, the way you eat, the way you excercise, the amount you sleep, your daily intake of water. Learn how to cut out empty calories, mustard instead of mayo, water instead of soda, anything with no nutritional value like a twinkie. Learn to eat large portions of fruits and vegatables to keep you full. Fast food only once in a while. Make sure you excercise, walking can be one of the most effective fat burning regimans out there. Set long term goal, not short term goals, 6 month goals, not 1 months goals. Over the course of the past two months I have not been to Sound Factory, in which during that time I have been to Twilo on quite a few occasions, some of those evenings being referred to by many as "best night ever at twilo" I will say that I very much enjoyed all of my trips to twilo and appreciated the good vibe and INCREDIBLE music. I was actually nervous to return to the native club of choice we all know as SF. After Last night upon my first revisit to factory in quite some time, I realized that Twilo will never and can never be the club that Sound Factory is. The energy level at Sound Factory is far superior too the energy level at Twilo. Being fair in my long term evaluation which was determined by numerous visits to Twilo I will agree on some levels that the vibe at twilo actually might have a leg up on Factory, based on the feel good, happy go lucky, enjoy yourself atmosphere. But with the variety of people, atmosphere's, music, floor levels, HOT girls, cool people, good dancers, space, etc. Sound Factory will stand as the hottest club in NYC. This is not to say that I will continue attending numerous clubs throughout the city as I always do, with the open mind and appreciation for a change of pace. Also the fact that factory wears the shit outta my body. But I have concluded for the time being that over the course of the past two years upon my return from school that SF has has emerged as tops. Its consistency has also been able to eliminate all those flash in the pan party's that are great for three months and then dissapear. So say what you will arguments or agreements.
