Anyway, back to the topic... Excellent! It was a little too small for my desktop, so I worked on making it larger... and retaining the feel of it all... It's quite saturated, but it's how I like my images... It's really a three color job, so it shouldn't be too hard to slide those hues over. Unfortunately it's a little large for CP so it's linked here.

I didn't know I had such dedicated fans. Anyhow, definitions of music are muddled enough that names take on different meanings for different groups of people. You were never into the hard trance scene, and so you don't know terminology used therein. Similarly, just because the "tech house" that NYC DJ's spin doesn't agree with what a (self-righteous) musically educated person elsewhere would consider tech house, doesn't not make it tech house. Their audience knows what tech is, and my audience in that regard knew what I was talking about... you're just not part of that, so save the hate for when you force yourself to go to Vinyl. And if you must know why PVD is commercial, it's because he succumbs to commercial pressure and spins differently for big clubs in NYC than he does anywhere else across the pond... and that's a fact.

Yeah, some door people don't know what they're doing.... don't go blaming the party, sometimes those people are hired by the house (the owners). What's generally a really good idea is to find out who's throwing the party (and in this case, it was CP's own az-tec and crystalmethod) and let them know you're coming...

Since when does Vinyl need numbers? And since when has anyone other than Rob Fernandez been involved with promoting Vinyl? And when did he begin promoting at Exit, SF, or Roxy? The promoters at those clubs are promoting a legitemate after-hours party for the sole purpose of lending legitemacy to their weak-ass parties, and they're way out of line. If you ask me, Vinyl needs to stop honoring silly deals like getting reduced admission with a Roxy card... or even go a step further and up the cover charge to 30, up it to 25 for the CP guestlist and keep the 17 dollar reduced admission on "real" lists. They do what they can... show up to Vinyl at 5am all dolled up looking like you just came from Roxy and they'll keep you outside for 15 minutes while they let some regulars in. It's well intended, but its not enough and it's just too arbitrary.

tep don't bother, "shook" (george, under various different aliases, most of them banned from most boards) is a joke, here and elsewhere. whereever he goes he tries to tell people they are losers, and that they have no lives.... don't even fall for it, it's not worth anyone's time

can't do just tables like that.. need a more open-ended setting unless you want to dine with 3 of your friends on cp among the company of other cp members... it defeats the purpose
