  1. I just got back from exit. This was by far my best clubbing experience ever and one of my best nights ever. He played from 2:10 to 6:00. He was simply amazing. He played a lot of older songs I recognized but I didn't mind that because hearing them at a club as opposed to my home stereo system made them sound almost like new songs. I don't care what anyone says, Tiesto is my favorite DJ. The songs he spins bring out such emotion and happiness. I literally could not take the cheesy smile off my face every time I heard the next song come on. Also, I love the fact that he truly seems to love what he does. He's constantly smiling and dancing around in the booth and connecting with the crowd. It's time for me to get some sleep now.

  2. I just got back....I stayed till he left which was 6:00 AM. He atrted at 2:10. All I have to say was amazing. Words really cant desceribe the night I had. I would have to say that was one of the best nights of my life. Of course as soon as Draper came on after Tiesto he played Rhythem Ready. It made me wanna puke. I felt like he was dishonoring Tiestos godliness by playing that song right after he left...ughhh

  3. I don't get it....why is there such a decision about who to see. JV is always in NY and hes gonna be at Roxy EVERY WEEK. Why would you pass up a chance to see another dj you really like that doesnt come aorund often for someone you can see the very next week? Variety is good.....it doesnt meant you arent a true fan if you miss him one week to see someone different.

  4. progressive, hard, acid, and especially uplifting trance are all great! Hard trance is great for clubs. Uplifting trance is great to listen to alone when u want to just relax and clear your mind. To me it's also very sensual. I would love to make love to uplifting trance because there is so much feeling and emotion behind it.

  5. I found this on the AIM website :

Q: I am not able to transfer files with one or more other users.

A: This may be due to the use of a firewall on your network. A firewall is a security device on your network to prevent potentially harmful data from coming in, and to prevent certain other data from going out. Depending on how a firewall is configured, it may prevent AIM file transfer from working. There is nothing AIM can do to get around this, as it is just the feature of the firewall working as it should. However, you may be able to get around the problem by entering a certain port number in AIM's File Transfer preferences. You will need to ask your network administrator if there is such a port that will allow AIM file transfer to work (there may not be).

Also, make sure that you both have the latest version of AIM.

  6. Hmmm...good question. I wish I knew the answer because the firewall here blocks it occasionally. But, the weird thing is it doesnt block my connection to everyone, just certain people. I would think that it is a specific port that AIM uses to send file transfers. Certain firewalls block certain ports so maybe with some firewalls it works and some it doesn't. I'll do some research and see what I can come up with.
