  1. Best way to go is go to individual company websites. Most of your decent companies now have sophisticated websites complete with questionairres, forms to input your specs, etc.

That is your best chance for a response. (as long as you have some skills)

You usually can find out the top companies in an area by a chamber of commerce website. Lots of times these websites have links to the company site. (so you don't have to google for it)

  2. There is still a fair amount of projects going with vb6 but most are at least looking at .Net so it is good to at least be able to bluff your way through it a bit (since not many people really know the .net stuff well, except me )

I'd have to agree with Shroomy...

.Net or J2EE is the software of the future. I personally am biased using J2EE only because it is open sourced.

  3. This is what you should do on New Year's Shroomy.

Get fucked up as hell but avoid what happened last year. (taking care of your friend) Large Clubs = Large Prices. My suggestion is to find a hole in the wall with your best friends or a house party.

  4. Man there was this bomb that Oscar would drop the majority of the times I would see him spin this summer.

It is a high pitched horn that goes real fast.

da da da da da da da da pause a few seconds da da da da da da da then the da da da's over a sweet bassline kind of like Shakedown "at night"

Now that is the song of the year even though I don't know the frickin name of it. I know you guys are probably like what the fuck is this guy talking about. If anyone has an idea, please feel free to reply.

  5. Downloaded it. pretty good track.

On a side note, I was looking for a track that Oscar always plays. I have heard him drop it 3-4 times. No vocals. Can't describe it but I heard it Club Spin when they were doing the Cooljunkie spinoff (Aug 16th). Probably midway through his set.

If anyone knows some of the regular stuff he spins besides "dark beat"...you da man.
