mr fuku2... please find me the post where i badmouth tony. I have never badmouthed his skills or him as a person on this board. Do i hold the opinion that bringing him back to exit is a bad thing? Yes i do. Its nothing against him. Let me explain here before u assume things about me-- Evolution is a new party at exit. Imagine was a great party that lasted for a while, but it had run its course. This new party is attempting to do a few things to differentiate itself from the prior party since many people had been turned off by exit. So to bring back the guy who rocked the floor for the duration of Imagine not even a month into the new party seems foolish--it shows people that nothing has really changed. Maybe establish the party and then a few months down the road bring in tony sort of as a homecoming back to the floor he rocked for so long. Im sure by then Evolution would have been established and no harm would come from having him play. I have never criticized tony's abilities or him personally--nor have I ever said I was better--I remember passing a joke that me and nero will try to make it up to anyone who didnt like the music on the 7th on the friday after....which if u read the post I said was a joke to those who were not fans of tony's sound. This board is full of people's opinions which everyone is entitled to. This is my opinion, that doesnt make it necessarily correct. I don't think I've ever met you, so maybe u dont know me. But I am MORE THAN respectful to the people who are above me in this game and I learn from them everyday--I still got a long way to go. But to come on here and read something out of context and then call me a 'new jack dj' and a 'blowjob dj' is not cool. 12 years spinning now, granted I'm not a veteran, but Im far from a new jack as well. Im not some 'jerkoff' mp3 dj- I wouldn't trade my following for anything in the world and they always come support me--driving all over the tri-state to show love. Again, i wanna say that Im not tryin to sit here like some know it all dj who's seen it all b/c I havent and I'm not. What i am saying is this is my opinion and working for this new party at exit, I feel as tho that move would be a bad one. I dont see how that equates to 'badmouthing' tony. its easy for me....Vicious @ exit.. Imma see PVD twice in Miami and Johnny doesnt do classics every day....plus Vicious is an animal when he plays exit, those who have seen him there know he just sounds crazy in there, so to hear classics will be nice.. in the midnight room that nite we got DJ Drag and DJ Joe N3ck so it should be a good nite but if u arent goin to miami, i suggest a half and half, stay for vicious classics till 4am and then hit pvd 4am-9am... wheres the real troopers @??? Mike Bugout ps--i dont think dan meant to turn this into a PVD vs Vicious skills choice here...there are other reasons why u go see a certain dj... if vicious wasnt doin classics, it would be a much tougher decision for me and if i wasnt hittin wmc i might have to go with PVD....it all makes sense kinda..

bri-what happened at the end? I knew it was goin to be a good night when i got there early and had the best cheeseburger I've had in months. Shit was money. Thanks to everyone for coming out, once again I had a blast and that extra hour really allowed me to do some things i wanted to do-- ladies looking lovely over there as usual... My bday (1.30) festivites are coming up-- so far we got a party at exit friday 1/31 with me and danny woo and at abyss on wed 2/5...other events still being worked out Plus i got Exit's Main Floor for afterhours on 2/14 (friday) thanks George, Jason, and Petey as well as Josh and everyone else for the supp't...also shouts to Justin H (thanks for helping with the wire) and Joe Gio for stopping thru Mike Bugout

without a crowd, you're just a dj playing for no one. So why not play anthems to get them hyped? Not anthems to death, but an anthem, then 2 or 3 new tracks maybe they dont know, then an acapella over something else.... why do u think some of the best nights people have out are classics nights? If it were up to me, I'd play nothing but deep dark shit that half the crowd couldnt id...but truth is, unless you are JP or DT u can play a nights worth of that stuff and keep a dancefloor packed. exactly-- i got nothing against hip hop parties and I've spun at the WORST most GHETTO places-- I've seen things u couldnt imagine and i will say that house events with juiceheads all pumped up will never cause more fights than hip hop parties b/c of 2 words...
