i never said they can discriminate.. discrimination is illegal.but regardless, since it is "private"ly owned.. they dont have to let everyone in is my point. If they dont want to let you in, as long as its not biased against civil liberties, then they dont have to let you in.

they would never bring nor win a case against crobar especially when there is always such a diverse crowd at crobarcrowd control is also very essential to a nightclubs profits..that is also something that a court would have to take into account

like I said earlier, this is different from this crobar issue. In the VA case, NO blacks were allowed in the club. There were already many asians in the club when they turned this kid away. 2 different cases.
