If you dont want to lose weight then dont take any of that stuff (i.e. Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel etc...) it speeds up your metabolism and suppresses your hunger, as far as getting cut if you're that thin, lifting, cardio and a good clean diet should do the trick- try that for 6wks. ;)

There is a bootleg version which is live from Cancun and if you know the words it's not that bad. She did get signed and her album is SUPPOSED to be out by the end of Aug-hopefully we'll hear it at Tempts :tongue: :tongue:

IMO-I dont think we where at the same club then. First off Deep Dish was tolerable. Then Danny played well for about hour or maybe even 1 song- Safe From Harm was awesome then the night went down hill. The security is almost as bad as Roxy was- those flashlights every 2 mintues sucked! And as for Danny- I'm not sure what happened to him! thumbs down!!!

The fire marshall was there at 9am not allowing anyone else in- that's how packed it was. Does anyone know what time it closed. My friends where still inside at 10 p.m. and Jonathan was playing evey vocal imaginable. Does anyone know what time it closed???????
