Unfortunately, most of my back exercises don't target my lower back enough. I need more variety for back exercises. I tweak my routine every 3-4 weeks. I put a lot of emphasis on my back, and considered it to be relatively strong but after throwing it out this weekend, I realized, it's not strong enough. Any info on lower back exercises would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , Roya
I live in Bay Ridge, and it's the perfect place to go out when you don't want to do anything crazy. There's Blue Zoo and Delia's, you can eat at cute Restaurants like Pearl Room, Areo's, or 101. Check it out...you should enjoy it.
I can appreciate Lee's body, but I would take Levrone or Kamali any day over him. You either love or hate that type of build. I'd say majority can't stomach it. I'm just one of those chickies that adores it.
Honestly, I don't go out too much when I go to DC to see my family, but if I do, it's usually, 1223 or I guess I should say SPANK, Andalu, dragon fly...but i hear there are a ton of new places to go. Good luck to you in school. Roya
