Its actually very common... weed increases your heart rate immediately after smoking ...if you're someone who's prone to panic attacks, theres a good chance that smoking weed will trigger you.

If you're working 14 hour days on a regular basis you should be somehow compensated for it... Alot of companies try to use the "salaried management" exemption to avaoid paying people overtime. It's bullshit...
I have the same pproblem every year... I get 6 weeks and I always wind up selling back 1-2 wekks every year... Its impossible to use all that time when you have personal/sick days/holidays on top of it all...if you take your job seriously
