Just saw in the washington post that the KK in Dupont is opening on Tuesday Aug. 24 @ 5:30 am. first through the door receives a year's supply of doughnuts (a dozen a week), the next 23 get a dozen a month for a year. the first 100 get a t-shirt.

iirc, only those that paid cp could just post in any forum (and get a sticky?), otherwise, they had to post in the promotions forum or something like that. Ithink in the past, they'd let the post stay for a day or 2 here (just to be nice), then move it to promotions. guess you should check with dave, or whoever runs cp now.

bachelor party this weekend for two people, wedding in upstate ny next month with a visit to some old stomping grounds, another wedding right after that here in old town, maybe hybrid next week, haven't given any thought on labor day weekend... sleep sounds nice.

a good start would be the mods getting some control over all the promotions that are posted. Are they all really paying CP?
