You'd be surprised. When I was one of the few senior attorneys and had to review all the other attorney's work, I'd send back 99% of the stuff for basic stuff like spelling, punctuation and grammar. I never even made it to the substantive stuff before dumping it back on them. Yeah, they hated that.
