Louis you need to lecture yourself then. everyone knows im one of the biggest Space fans here ive been clubbing pretty consistent since about '93 . CLUB SPACE MIAMI ......close to Space Ibiza (only the most popular club in the world no biggie) many people i know for certain thinek its affiliated with it or think they are the same owners. now you have this catchy slogan .."we love fridays at Space" hmmm i think the slogan at Space ibiza is something like "we love sundays at Space" but wait !!!!!! double standard? and loyalty....i have seen and talked to more ex employees of yours all over clubs from managers, bartenders, promoters, and who now seem succesful in other venues and all tell me youll backfire your sibling to make a buck !! since you are making a hefty change i think you should hire a good Public relations firm to do some of the talking and representing. cuz every time you open your mouth you dig your self lower and are more hated.

ok guys i went out to dinner with some of my wifes friends and stuff then swung by Crobar for a bit a and found out more about the Edgar V Space situation.... (from a very good source.....) appearantly Edgar V got released because he was booked at a club in South America a few months back and the promoters decided to put the logo of club Space on the flyer. wether it was intentional for them to use the Space name or not Louis Puig the owner of Space found out now and fired Edgar along with another employee of Space who was also involved somehow in the party. unreal!!! now as shocked as i am i really cannot believe Space would fire thier head resident since day one over something that was the fault of shaky promoters not related to him. he was booked to spin records not to promote and was not involved in marketing. Of course Space's arrogant attitude is probably like who cares we have so and so every week and blah blah blah... but once again theyve done a big mistake. you can find former disgruntled Space employees all over Clubs in Miami. Tomorrow Edgar V is STILL spinning at Stereo tomorrow which was arranged months before. so i urge you guys who always say you support "real" people out there tomorrow (saturday)!! we have swtiched plans from Rain to go to Stereo...my first time there but its cuz of Edgar !!! way to go Space !!!! another blunder :( :( :( oh also use that e mail to Louis handy he let us have a while back !!! let him know your thoughts Spaceowner@aol.com see if he replies

wow im hoping youre so wrong DJ frosty.........Edgar is sooo cool and one hell of a dj. who would they repalce him with? lately i have been noticing a little less time of Edgar on the decks which im not sure why. If your not going to get a good quality DJ let Edgar Spin!! last week Duane King?? hello? who is this guy he was horrible. and i noticed in street mag this week they advertise Oscar G but not Edgar

im the biggest GA2 fan on this board............ some classics include the George Acosta Halloween costume . the disco one and potato head as mentoned above. the Louis Puig (space owner) pic of him posing the Padilla pic ... but my fav is the Walter Mercado character he has made the best !! :laugh: :laugh:

crappy??????? our residents around town are pretty darn good. infact i always say some are BETTER than most guest djs. Now i will grant you the point that you may not wanna pay more and fall for the New years trap. Its not cool when you pay more money for the same thing and that night you will not be able to move around. but our residents are quite good. heres an example Judge Jules was amazing this saturday ....but wasnt his track selection a bit old at times....and some of the best songs he played ive heard Edgar play. so

hey pod im really surprised why you havent figured out why clubs are going local on New years eve?? despite your sometimes extreme bitchin you ARE pretty club savy . what happens is clubs figured out that on new years eve your NOT going to stay home and you WILL go out no matter what. thats a given. so what they do is hike up the price and keep thier regular djs to save some expenses like 15 grand for a DJ. and then that night is one big money making night for them. "the new years eve excuse" .......thier cover is more they also know that before and after new years there really isnt an "excuse" for going out ......UNLESS they bring top notch talent on THAT night....soooooooooo they stiff u on 2 nights and make a killing in 2 nights instead of one. remember last year Space figured thaT the week after new years nobody would really go out due to them spending a lot of money on Dec 31st and would then probably hang low for a couple of weeks. so they Brought Tenaglia the following week so you have to say ......."damn its DT i gotta go again this week !!" this year they Bring PVD right before Dec 31st so chances are many people will be spending $$ on TWO nights !!! Im not sure why so many people hate the siren and horn so much i think it gives it a nice punch when used properly and the guest Djs loooove it !! the nitrogen tanks are amazing........ especially lately when Oscar drops that song "smoke machine" its on !!!

Space is the best hands down ....its an expireience as close to Europe as youll get around here and the USA. welcome......to spaaaaaace.....space (as Oscar G's intro goes) people bitch about the weirdest things .........as many have said before dont like dont go.
