I think it is a combo of both....If you don't have a good dj, it doesn't matter how much promoting is done.....The first thing I want to know before anything is "WHO IS THE DJ????".... Everything else is secondary....IF the venue & dj are good, the promoter will have no trouble bringing people in....

If you were a real dj.....you would want people to stay in the club all day...If I was a dj, I would want to make it so people were afraid to leave, because they would worry about what they missed...No DJ wants people to go home a little early, no matter what time it is....
