They have approached us for him to play their soft opening this thursday. I tried to get back to them, however, the contact I have, seems to be havin' cell phone problems cuz it says it's not in service today (Mon.). The weird thing is, we spoke b4 the weekend & during. Anyhow, the guy's name is dajie, or that's what he goes by & I believe he's handeling promotions for the thurs. nites. these guys seem serious about their sound & music. They're operating a funktion 1 over there & have a few clubs in NY, one in manhattan & the other in the hamptons as I'm sure you already know. OG seriously lit that room up last nite! I wasn't in the mood to talk, I just kept watchin' the crowd, watchin' OG work & bobbin' my head to the tunes. Damn near flawless set! The man is always on point, but when he skips town on a saturday & comes back the next he seriously brings it. Almost like the efforts of 2 nites in one. No bullsh_t! Good stuff...

I lost soo much sleep & worked soo hard during conference that I don't remember who I spoke to or who I saw. but I do remember the tasty Arepa & hotdog I had @ Ultra!

I saw you wearin' your Roland Marathon tee @ Ultra. Didn't get to say hi cuz you were pretty far out & I was standin' in line gettin' a hot dog (lol)...

We didn't plan on it bein' an official Roland Marathon. Usually for those we grab a bunch of silly stuff, make a bunch of treats like Tees, Cds to hand out & gather some friends around the industry to host & party along with us... He's playin' a sh_t load of hours inside & out this Saturday, so it's sorda like an unofficial Marathon. Open - 2am in the Mainroom & 5am - close on the terrace! oh, & greg.. That Niki's Radio1 Roland set is top 3 for me this conference. Seriously, Ridiculously INSANE! I didn't wanna come on & say it was thee best, cuz it sounds biased comin' from me, but my heart sure felt every second of it! It's too bad you missed his Monday Morn' set after Sander on the Terrace.. just down right Sickness! Hope to see u guys out.. I usually never do anymore. Roly was tellin' me he isn't done with conference yet. He's hyped & ready for this Saturday. & even though I'm a bit tired, @ll this talk is makin' me feel it all over again... I saw Colette perform during conference 2002 & I couldn't believe what I was seein'. She spins & sings @ the same time over some of her tracks. She really gets into it, not to mention she's a cutie too! Not your average party on Monday. Should be a goodie!

Sander should begin his set @ 5am that nite & play thru the morn'. You'll prob also see Roland (Space Resident) out there as well sharin' time with Sander. Suprise dj? well, it's conference.. anything's possible.
