Yo PRIME!!! i been in this one already and the answer has been stated pretty much already (thanks upperlevel and sweety) i had a few ppl that were lets say "non-productive" but were there to learn how it all works and also lend a hand. but in lieu of the paid employeees that might think im going light on them cause they aret gettin paid i had to let them go as any NORMAL circumstances would allow and present just to make sure the "others" understodd that its all of us that have to put in an equal effort and no one is any MORE special so my answer? yes let them go but do it with the same amount of decorum that you would the "others"
