Started the weekend off strong at Avalon on Friday night. Ali and Debo threw it down nice, very glad Sandra did not show. Saturday night I went to down to wonderful NYC to Vinyl to see my man Steve Lawler. It was nothing short of amazing, that man just has a unbelievable style. Danced straight until 8:30 then headed back. Just a little tidbit of info for all you PVD fans he will be playing in Boston on June 13th which is going to be unreal...mark it on your calendars. Guaranteed to be a worthwhile 2 1/2 hour roadtrip.

I am definitely going...it is going to be crazy. I totally agree Carelli, when we saw Nick at International Thursdays at Avalon he is wa great but I wanted more. Having the two of them is going to be crazy...WOW produces some nasty shiat. That tracklisting looks pretty nice two...all I have to say is Friday is a night that should not be missed as far as good music goes. Axis is going to be bumpin....

Hell yeah...Carelli Im so glad you are going...so many times we have tried but something always comes up i.e. car breaking down in CT on the way...i wanted to go this month but there was no way with S and D the day b4...too cracked out. We should all meet in Boston and follow each other down in a train of cars.

They are playing in Boston on Friday which is only a 3 hour max. drive (trust I come to NYC plenty to know). It should be dank...their Avalon stop during the preview got rave reviews...and yes it ends at 2 am but it is starting at 8 pm and there is afterhours at Rise. So come get your lazy asses up and go...I know of plenty of hotels that are only about 70 dollars for the night if needed which is so cheap split by 4 or 5.

The date for April 6th was canceled a while ago due to him doing work with a CD...I just heard about the May 4th at Vinyl and as far as I know it is still on. Wooohooo!!

haha this is awesome...because no matter where you grew up in RI you know exactly what people talk about. As far as John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band...Groovefire...my family is actually really good friends with him...I babysat his son for years because we have a summer house right near him and let me tell you he looks exactly the same as he did in the 80s
