Before i was upstairs for Morillo's set, I was downstairs for a bit. . .the middle speaker in the middle tower of speakers (on the wall with the seating setup) had a blown tweeter. . thing was hissing pretty badly. Someone should check that. . .

That was the best night musically I've heard in a looong time. . . a DJ who actually plays more than the same 20-30 songs as everyone else, plays it with some energy, actually gives a fuck about a clean transition between songs, tweaks the knobs, brings shit up and drops it, and does everything a master should do. I was losing hope in ever hearing someone good in Jersey, knew only chance I'd have is in NYC. You can keep your Kirk Lopezes, your Tsettos, your Skribbles, etc. . .give me a real DJ like Morillo any day. The two other times I've seen him was at clubs that were around 4000 people large, but he can still tear it up in a small place. I'm just wondering how many people there were who were wondering that the songs he was playing aren't on KTU. . . there is a whole other world of music out there. Yes, he did drop Dark Beat, that was playing to the crowd a good bit, but generally he was all over the place, was a thing of beauty. Thank you Deko for bringing some real talent to the place (I'm not a big fan of Harry Romero myself, no offense), finally someone who can really work that system there and tear it up. Bring him back, see who else you might be able to get . . .Acosta. . . DJ Taucher. . . Charles Feelgood . . . Scott Henry . . . a bunch that could play very well for that crowd and not cost a boatload (ok, maybe not acosta then).

I like a nice bare back . . . and when a girl wears one of my sweatshirts or basketball jerseys, they are generally tentlike on them considering i'm 6'7" . . also, cuz I am tall, tall girls (duh) . . . So when a girl who is 5'9, 5'10 or so wears heels, that shows they are really confident, not worried about being taller than a good number of the guys . . . that is hot.

Morillo is sick . . I have first seen him in DC at Buzz (or what used to be Buzz) on the House Nation America tour with Little Louie Vega. . . was definitely a sick night. That double CD always has a way of getting into my CD player every now and then. . . I will DEFINITELY be there, and thre early for Morillo. . . I even have a House Nation America poster on my wall at home . . .hmmm, maybe I could bring that in and get it signed . . .

I saw the game at Bar A in Belmar, the meeting point for the Jersey Raiders Booster Club. . . I was there wearing my Coles jersey, pumped up as all hell through the first half. . . . then. . . .ummmm. . . uhhh. . . . no comment.

I am fucking tired of that song, as well as many other songs that get beaten to death by you KTU whores. . . I miss where DJs would actually BREAK new songs that people haven't heard before. Part of what makes a good DJ is the ability to break new music that the crowd has not heard before. Instead, it seems that too many DJs like to pound the same fucking songs, with the same fucking beats, the same fucking shit that gets played for 6 months. I'll be happy if i don't ever hear a remix of a Phil Collins/Elton John/Billy Joel in a club again. . .

I went for a rather long time with my girl, would have to guess at least 30 minutes in a bunch of different positions. . . I have very good staying power, but i could tell that she was getting tired, so i stopped. . . I generally have a problem getting off inside of a girl, I have no idea why, so as a result I have a very long time. But girls do get tired, because i am, how you say. . . large. So sometimes, I don't know what to do . . .

Oldschool rhymes like Big Daddy Kane, 2Pac, Digital Underground, early Wu-Tang, Slick Rick, etc . . . Rap since 95, with the exception of some Nas, 50 Cent, Jurassic 5, etc has been shite . . .I've been getting into trance, breaks, real house (not that shitty vocal stuff that gets played around here), etc. . . I got Erick Morillo on the 16th circled on my calendar. I've seen him twice before in DC, he tears it up, so smooth. . . the House Nation America double CD with him and Little Louie Vega is a classic.

Sharpton's thrown his name into the presidential candidacy the last 3 or 4 times . . . and he has never been more than a joke, rarely ever making the primaries. He still does not matter at all. . . Bryant didnt have shit to do with either of the missed kicks. . . the first was a wobbly snap that wasn't set up right, and it would have been almost impossible for him not to shank it. The second one was an even worse snap, a horrible grab by Allen, who couldnt put it down right but instead got up and ran like the fucking statue of liberty. Bryant didnt even touch it there. Oh well. . .at least my Jets still alive, that's all i really care about. But the Giants collapse. . .damn, that could plague the team for years. Oh, and in most cases, those who are trolls (aka complete assholes who just love to talk shit and be idiots) are people who are regular posters that everyone knows, but doesn't want to ruin his/her good name by saying what's on his mind. Wow, did it suck tonight. . . at max, 125-150 people, tradewinds would be 2-3 times that easily. It sounds like they took the half-busted speakers from tradewinds and put em in headliner. The only time people went out on the dance floor was really for free tshirts. . . place was a toolbox too, easily 75-80% guys. I could deal with Frankie V's inability to mix two records together (or 2 cds as the case may be) with a good crowd, but here it ain't fucking worth it.
