400? best ever was 395 for 3, but i was training purely for strength & size. Now, i have compltely revamped my style, going for cuts & definition. sooo, im not going to be that big of a bencher, but i'll always hit 315 for 8 or so...... one would never know it though!

I used to read all the mags religiously years ago & i havent followed as much in recent years. I remember coleman as being a monster, but NOW?? I can not believe that a human being could be that big. it is so fake looking in those pics, he is incredible. i would not want to look like him at though. I prefer to only be a little bit big & mostly cut up. like all you guys, around 225 or 230 but leaner of course.

I had an over the counter sleep aid called "Invigorate" that was not GHB but GBL or something... whatever it is that converts into GHB when it is in you? :confused: Anyway, i Died, but luckily i was not gone for too long without oxygen to the brain & the brain damage was minimal. Just the thought of G or anything related makes me shudder.
