the best way to get there and back to the city? best meaning is the subway safe at odd hours and the neighborhood? Ive never been to Keyskate and figured if the neighborhood is sketchy I would cab it from E. 75th St. instead of the subway? Also any pre-party partying//meetups planned?

The Hyatt is the nices hotel and definitely worth having dinner at, ask for a table by the waterfall unless a little spray will bother you. The best thing to do inmy opinion is stay away from the casinos, kidding, actually I think you'll have the most fun if you're an adventurous soul by renting a car, preferably a jeep, and simply exploring the island on your own. You'll find private little beaches and grottoes, great for sex outdoors in the sun, and the Natural Bridge a huge arcing rock bridge. The main strip of beach has some jet-ski rentals which are fun but obviousluy a little pricey and beleive me when I tell you that you need sunblock, you're pissing distance from the equator. Definitely hit the little German restaraunt in the center of town by the docks ( I like German food and beer) and thats really about it. It's a very mellow place, a lot of Dutch influence and you're sure to see some hot, top-less, scandanavian, blondes at Baby Beach, definitely do the snorkel thing I saw and came within 10 feet of huge Barracuda and also some smoking Colombian girls cause you're spitting distance from the north coast of Colombia. I heard of that from someone like 2 years ago but never triedn it. I will give it a shot. I'm going back to work now and don't wanna start smoking again, I don't dabble in anything and know I'll spend my days stoned if Im smoking at all. First I'll go backj to work and see how the new office/job goes and whether I can get by while high or not. As a Stockbroker/Investment Banker I never made more $ than when I was partying the hardest. This mortgage brokerage stuff is new to me so I gotta approach it straight and well rested. Peace.

You take 1 part Yayo, throw in some alcohol, mix in some pills, Valium, Xanax or painkillers preferably, smoke a few packs of Cig's,,, light up a splif or 2, maybe a blunt, more Yayo ofcourse, preferably smoking it, I'm a gr8 cook a little K for good measure and then when coming down off all of the aforementioned drop some A, E or Shrooms and wash it all down with more beer and Tequila possibly. Am I on the right track?

So I stopped taking pain killers and sleeping pills after 15 months of them through 4 operations on my left knee and femur. I stopped 3 months ago. I stopped smoking bud everyday too. I smokingmore cigarettes now than I used to. I used to only smoke when I was drinking. I'm drinking less too. About the only time I go off these days is at a music fest or a club, once every month or 2. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: I can't sleep for shit. I try to sleep at 11, nada, I'm up at 12, I get on the computer till 1 and try again , nada, back on the computer at 2:30, try to sleep again at 4, nada here I am now back on the computer at 5:15. I try to take a Melatonin, nada, try Diphenhydramine (an antihistamine found in Tylenol PM and Benadryl) and still nada, I even try a prescription Sonata sleeping pill, nada, & I won't take Ambien anymore cause they make me psychotic at this point. WTF cna I do to get to sleep?!?!?!?!?! Any ideas????????????????
