  1. That's like loan sharking, plain and simple.
  2. I was in South Beach for Spring Break at some party and met the owner of Crobar and was talkin to him and he was telling me how they are opening in NY soon. So it's a fact.
  3. I got a flyer saying that Vinyl is re-opening July 3rd with "Infected Mushroom" & others and a new sound system called "ARC"? Can anyone confirm this? And is "Infected Mushrrom" any good?
  4. That's insane and perhaps even illegal as I know they are debating the fees in the courts right now and not sure if they ruled on it.
  5. Does anyone need an axe? I just got in from last night and as usual now that I am out on the Island for the summer I slept through Great Neck and woke up in Port Washington on an abandoned train, (I hate when that happens!) If you like trance the Tsunami parties fuckin crank, they always get a great groove and go with it transporting you to Nirvana I have to sleep now and was just wondering if anyone can please remove the axe from my skull:knife: Also does anyone know where there are other great trance dj's spinning on a regular basis? Trance till it hurts, then trance some more. ~ThE PaRt oF dEsTiNy WhIcH We CaN’t ChAnGe MaKeS FeAr ObSoLeTe.~

Trance till it hurts, then trance some more It hurts! It hurts! ~ThE PaRt oF dEsTiNy WhIcH We CaN’t ChAnGe MaKeS FeAr ObSoLeTe.~
  7. I have been to Milan 3 times in the past couple years and did plenty of shopping when I was there even if I didn't make it in b4 sunrise ever. I also have friends who work for Gucci, Prada, Fendi, etc. and ever since I knew the difference I will almost always get clothes at the special 'employee only' sales or have them pick it up for me at their cost. A close girlfriend of mine is at Prada currently. I've also been lucky to have had women buying me clothes in the past. I was always a jeans and t-shirt kinda guy and the girls always wanna dress me up. I can get you Prada stuff at 1/3rd off and probably still Gucci as well @ 30 - 50 % off whatever it's tagged. I used to get some kewl stuff at Century 21 and the best placew in the world was (no longer is) the Antique Boutique, they used to carry a totally different line of stuff than they do today. I'm off to 'Sammy's Roumanian Steak House' for dinner then Vinyl and Shelter. Look for me in the crazy, green D&G shirt and say hi if you see me. If not have a gr8 weekend and be safe.
  8. I got a gorgeous, green $1200 3-button single-breasted Armani suit for $600 at Filene's 5 years ago when I graduated and started working and it is still perfect. I had it tailored and taken in to fit me so it looks current too like my new Gucci suit. I am surprised the D&G stuff isn't better made. I have a great shirt I'm wearing tonight by D&G. I got it years ago and I only wear it for rave's, it's green and has a vision of Sigmund Freud's face on it with a computer chip and circuitry superimposed over it and looks fuckin' nuts in the black light, it's D&G and it's got 1 little tear in a seam after several years so I thought they made things better than that:confused:
  9. DKNY stuff is really poorly made, which is why it can be sold for cheap. They are crap compared to other labels like D&G. ~ThE PaRt oF dEsTiNy WhIcH We CaN’t ChAnGe MaKeS FeAr ObSoLeTe.~
  10. USA's statement qualifies as 1 of the stupidest things I have ever heard. It even beats the genius I overheard in a Dr.'s office who was comparing bullfighting to baseball the other day.
  11. and whether the funding comes from the Heroin trade or the Oil trade there will always be governments like Iran and Iraq and the Wahabi extremists in Saudi Arabia that will give millions to kill the infidels, so dont think for a moment that if you simply cut off the Heroin trade the money for these bastards goes away and what Milsovic was doing in the Balkan's was wrong, no matter how you slice it, it comes up wrong.
  12. With all due respect, the Balkan's have little or nothing to do with what's going on here today. The first WTC bombing in '93 had nothing to do with the Balkans but had quite a bit to do with Al Queda just as the Oklahoma City bombing did as well. Both of which took place well before the Balkans. As well as Tim McVeigh's partner who had a Phillipino mail-order bride whose father was a head of Abu Sayaf, the Al Queda arm of the Phillipines, he went there repeatedly and conferred with these scum on a regular basis and they had a hand in that bombing as well. So then the Balkan's have nothing to do with 9/11 and nothing to do with what's happening now but it makes for an interesting conspiracy theory. The one thing you got right was that the Clinton administration was fucked up indeed. As far as bombing 'your country'? Your country is America, love it or leave it. ~ThE PaRt oF dEsTiNy WhIcH We CaN’t ChAnGe ThAt MaKeS FeAr ObSoLeTe.~
  13. the red liquer in the 'bloody brain' was grenadine, and then another favorite from New Orleans was the 'oyster shot' a jigger of frozen vodka with a freshly shucked raw oyster dropped in and a big splash of tabasco sauce on top with or without horse radish ------------> :puke:
  14. 'Tequila poppers' mixing tequila with a drop of kahlua and a splash of coke or seltzer then you smashthem on the table so they fizz and drink 'em down smooth, he 'mind eraser' with vodka, kahlua and seltzer/coke, first you layer it then drink it in one shot with a straw; then you have 'the bloody brain' which I learned in F&M's in New Orlean's one morning around 6 am after a show at Tipitina's, it's a floater of sorts you take a glass of vodka I think it was and pour Bailey's into the shape of a cloud that looks like a brain and then over the back of a spoon, drizzle a red liquer over the Bailey's cloud so it looks like the brain is bleeding than drink it before you vomit. :puke:
  15. My some of us are very sensitive. It's called humor or comedy. Lighten up Francis', smoke a fatty, go pump some iron, do whatever it is you need to do in order to relax and locate that sense of humor. Maybe if the pics were more candid than a bunch of fucked up poseurs muggin for the camera it wouldn't be so funny, but it is, so learn to laugh at it. If it was me I would find it funny too (thank god it's not me).
  16. I'll be out on the Island but I am definitely coming to this one. If anyone else is coming in from the Island let me know and maybe we can ride in.:hat2:
  17. did anyone go to Shelter for the Tsunami party last Saturday? I was gonna go and missed it. It was rollin off the hook the week before and the Spice Network had their after-hours party upstairs at like 7 am to make for some interesting scenery.
  18. this is now , and in between then and now were a lot of skinny, lanky not so attractive years, so you wont see those pics unless you make me an offer I can't refuse (kiddin)........ your turn, lets see some pix
  19. I have been raving for a while and all my friends have gone off in different directions leaving me to party on alone. I started going to the Tsunami parties a few years ago and they have been excellent. I am going tomorrow night to Shelter and wondering if there are other parties, like 'Tsunami' the 'Synthetic Sadhus' at the Amazura Ballroom recently, that are coming up or are regularly scheduled in NY? 'Boo 6' was great even with the rain. Anyone going to'Tall Paul' tonight?
