  1. Daniela, did you manage to get to any of those nights i recommended you last weekend? Please tell me you went to Tiesto@Turnmills.
  2. We have a silver original beetle in our showroom.it's one of the run out models,73-74 something like that. It's unregistered and It's only done 60 miles.Someone offered £25.000 for it once, but it's not for sale.
  3. Don't think it would quite work that, thanks for trying though. HeHe What Veedubs have you got, mines a 1990 Mk2 Golf GTI 16V.I work in a VW main dealer in the parts department.
  4. Golden have a monthly residency at MOS now,but on the whole your right MOS has'nt been good for 5years or more has it.
  5. I enjoyed it,had to wait up till 4am to hear it but don't you just love MindCircus?
  6. Yeah i miss going out round town on a night when we are playing, the atmosphere is electric especially if we win. It's just not the same when the matches are on in the morning.
  7. I was gonna bitch about our games being on at like 8:30/10:30am but i think i'll leave it now,you have it way worse.
  8. Gatecrashers gone monthly here to concentrate on parties in other parts of the world,so you never know could happen soon. Scott Bonds good but he's not the best resident in most peoples eyes including mine, that accolade goes to Matt Hardwick. The guy must be the most underated dj in the world, purely on the basis that he has been Gatecrasher resident for so long he hasn't really made a name for himself anywhere else.I'm hoping now that Crasher's monthly he will start getting the recognision he deserves worldwide.
  9. BBC RADIO1 97-99FM (UK) If you can get it on internet radio try checking it out this Saturday, should be good:- 1700-1900 (GMT) Judge Jules. 1900-2100 Seb Fontaine (with set from Carl Cox) 0000-0400 sets from Pete Tong,Tiesto,Lauren Garnier.
  10. The official ones shown in the Godskitchen advert are:- UK clublink 07075000000 or Day 08707558383 or evening 08707558484 Event express 07976163528
  11. A word of warning, all four festivals are in the middle of nowhere. They might be 1/2 hours from London on the train but they are not direct to the event, plus they finish at like 6 and 7am and the first trains are not until like 8 or something, plus there will be absolutly 1000's of people all trying to get on that first train,it is a bit of a free for all and you might not get on.They have shuttle buses to the train station but we went in the car to the summer sound system last year and it took 2hrs to get out the car park so i presume that the buses were in this q aswell. I would reccomend you get one of the coach packages which are about £15/20 they are probably cheaper anyway and they will take you straight to the event. You will thank me for this cos at least when it has done if you are on a coach sat in a traffic q you are warm and you can sleep. If you go on the train it will take forever and you will be sat in the freezing cold waiting for a shuttle bus, trust me this is not good when you have been dancing in a field for 14 hours. If you need a number of a coach operator let me know.
  12. www.4clubbers.net www.gurn.net www.gatecrasher.com Try these,they are the best ones i know of.
  13. I saw the last hour of Joy's set and he did a great job of warming the crowd up,i was very impressed with what i saw though he did over use the riff from joyenergiser a bit,it seemed to be mixed into loads of tunes. Ricky did a 1/2hr set at 3am,it was so hot in the main room just before he came on i did'nt go down to see what the live element was.I posted on the Gatecrasher web site asking what he had done, apparrantly he was making the tunes live using samplers, drum machine etc etc. To be honest it was good because he played a couple of Mauro's well known tunes doing this and you could'nt tell the difference. Mauro's set was up and down like a yoyo,he kept going through these phase's where he was playing slow stuff which i found a bit boring then he would start playing the harder stuff and it was awesome. He obviously knew he was doing an extra long one and had adapted his set accordingly cos when he came back on after 6 it was hard as hell.It was a strange set really cos i've seen him a lot and there was'nt that many tunes i recognized.
  14. Just thought you Mauro fans might be interested to know that he absolutly ripped Gatecrasher apart on Saturday. As it was the last weekly Crasher,at the end the promoter thanked us for 7 years and asked if we wanted 1 more tune, the crowd cheered then he said "or shall we lock the doors fuck the authoritys and play another hour" Mauro ended up playing another 2hrs untill 8am,a 71/2 hour set in total. All in all an unbelievable night.
  15. I'm positive you will have a wikid time,i'm goin to Creamfields in August and Godskitchen Global Gathering in July,I can't wait either. Make sure of one thing when you go,don't miss Oakie's set.Even if you don't like him, when he comes on and there are 10.000 people in the main arena chanting "Oakie" there is not an atmosphere like it at anything in the world.
  16. Obviously i don't know what music you like but here's some lineups:- Ministry of Sound bank holiday sunday 2nd June Euphoria with Dave Pearce,Scott Project and friends 10pm-6am dress code:colour, flair, attitude & style????? The Gallery@Turnmills Friday May 31st Judge Jules Tiesto Quivver Darren Christian Alex Anderson 10:30pm-7:30am dresscode clubwear Gatecrasher@Heaven Friday May 31st Mauro Picotto Ricky Effe (live) Ashley Casselle 10pm-6am dresscode clubwear Fabric@Fabric Saturday 1st June (tech house) Craig Richards Jeff Mills Terry Francis 10-7am dresscode clubwear You could always make a special effort and go to Homelands which is about an hour from London but don't ask me how to go about doing it.The lineup this year is awesome,it's got most dj's you could think of on it and the uk festivals are the pinnacle of clubbing. If you made the effort it would deffo be worth it and would probably be a "best night ever" experience you would remember forever.Check the link for info www.homelands.co.uk I don't live in London but i have a lot of this months lineups in a magazine so if the lineups i have listed are not to your taste post a message up saying what stuff you are into and i will try to assist.Tiesto@Turnmills has got to be up there, but you might need a ticket cos when he plays at Crasher it's always rammed. Oh and you won't need to be a member for any of them. Have fun :)
  17. Good question,i've no idea,Lisa Lashes and Anne Savage are really good though.Thing is with hardhouse,it is E music of the highest order, you have to experience it in a club like Sundissential or Insomniacz to really appreciate it.I find it quite difficult to sit in the house and listen to it but when i hear it in a club i go mental. As for Fergie,i find it difficult explaining the difference between the sound Lisa Lashes/Anne Savage plays and that what Fergie plays,Fergie is playing a mixture of trance/hardhouse/techno it's all hard but not the hoovers and horns sound which is the sound most people think of when you say hardhouse. Thing is there are loads of different types of hardhouse, just like there are loads of different types of trance etc etc Have you heard much of it?
  18. Oh but there is,he missed an arena out:- Sundissential arena Lisa Lashes Anne Savage Lisa Pin-up Andy Farley Nick Rafferty Rob Tissera Lab 4 (live) Ian m Paul Kershaw Mark grey All four festivals have the most amazing lineups you could possibly imagine,i'm goin to ,Godskitchen,Creamfields (august) and i'm praying to god that i can go to Gatecrasher (june),check this outhttp://www.gatecrasher.co.uk/connected/events/summer/220602/thearenas/ Also Fergie's not really playing that "proper" uk hardhouse sound at the minute,he's been playing the same sort of stuff as Judge Jules recently but without the bits of cheese thrown in.
  19. Sorry, never heard of it.What do you know about it? where it's at? what type of music it plays?
  20. Ha,who do's this guy think he is? Was suppose to play at Gatecrasher last night after Oakie's 12-2 set, turns up early wanting to play 1:30-3:30.They won't let him so he fucks off without playing.Instead Oakie plays an extra hour
  21. The only lineups i know are:- Judgement Sunday@Eden 28th July Judge Jules Ferry Corsten Eddie Halliwell Adam Freeland Daniel Kelly Cream@Amnesia August 1st Paul Van Dyk DJ Tiesto Armin Van Buuren is playing for Godskitchen@Eden every week on Tuesdays.
  22. I've never been,it's always got a quality lineup though.I live up norf me,Gatecrasher,Godskitchen & Sundissential are my faves.
