  2. FYI tonight, September 13th M.A.N.D.Y., Tiefschwarz, Audiofly will be playing at Webster Hall. This is not officially connected to minitek though, in the sense that the minitek wristbands will not be accepted. Regular $30 admission.
  3. the last time I heard Irene she played a mix of electro and some trance. Her recent productions seem more on the electro side. This should be sick.
  4. thanks man! Last Friday was a shit load of fun. Funny observation about The Doors track lol. Scot showed up and went on very late, and I had started to run out of harder music. Some of the last few tracks were a bit random. I'm actually playing at Webster Hall again next weekend...opening for DJ Irene and Richard Vission. Then again on the 26th @ Love. We're putting on our annual trance classics night with M.I.K.E. and Randy Boyer. Should be sick. some pics / vids from the night... <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsOdE0NLlrI&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsOdE0NLlrI&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
  5. can't fucking wait for this. I'll be opening things up on the main floor for Scot and Yoji. I got some seriously nasty tracks rearing to go. Get there early everyone! also, a limited # of $15 advanced tickets are available through Webster Hall's website right now. Insane deal right there,
  6. yeah, agreed. They definitely tend to book the more unconventional names at Webster, which is cool. I do love me some PVD, but its refreshing to see guys like Menno de Jong, Scot, Yoji, Sean Tyas, etc... these guys almost never come around here. oh, on the topic of M.I.K.E., he's actually going to be at Love in August for a trance classics night...
  7. Pacha tomorrow...its on! and my memories of seeing Scot at Exit back then are very hazy lol. I do recall losing it to 'Overdrive' though.
  8. I knew it would be good, the reviews were damn near flawless. I liked it a lot..I rank it just below Spider-man 1 & 2 and Batman Begings as far as comic book movies go. Robert Downey Jr. was great. Some lapses in logic kept it from being amazing imo.
  9. ahhh, Johnny Vicious. Been way too long. I wonder what he is playing now.
  10. On Saturday, April 19th, Webster Hall presents 3 of the world's biggest djs under one roof as Judge Jules, Christopher Lawrence and Yahel take over the decks for one huge night. In the Main Ballroom: Judge Jules Christopher Lawrence Yahel CoreNYC in the newly built balcony room featuring.... Keryn vs. Dani Lehman (CoreNYC) Mike Bugout (Deko, myspace.com/dekolounge) MadRaverRai (glowsticking.com) Free admission before 11 Pm Webster Hall 125 East 11th Street www.websterhall.com www.websterhall.com
  11. I still play a lot of Creamer and K tracks out. Haven't heard that much new stuff from them as a duo though. definitely looking forward to this Saturday though.
  12. looking forward to this one. Paolo has been one of my favs lately. His productions as of late have been straight fire.
  13. ''Love isn't a commercial venue, its still very much underground, and a lot of the casual clubbers don't even know where the place is. Some of the biggest djs in the world have played Love recently...Sasha, Lee Burridge, The Thrillseekers, Josh Wink, etc... all these guys play big clubs most of the time. But when they play at Love, they play because of how intimate their experience is there and how amazing the vibe is night in and night out. Sure the club will be full tomorrow for M.I.K.E. but not so tight that you won't be able to move and dance. Give it a try tomorrow, you will not be dissapointed.
  14. pumped as hell for this one. I remember hearing Push - Universal Nation in my college dorm room back in 2002 and getting hooked. Opening for him this Saturday is going to be a blast.
  15. anytime dude! if you're up for a similarly good time, check out our party this coming Saturday, featuring M.I.K.E. aka Push...

  21. Rebel just brought on a handful of new promoters to take over bookings. Obviously Made is having Lawler on Friday...Liebing was brought by Function. Dekay is a Core Event. in any case, I'm very pumped for this one. I'll be opening up for Dekay so get there early;)...can't argue with the $10 before 12 cover either!
