Is there a link to a flyer or site or something? -last thing I went to at that location was just before 9/11 with Fatboy Slim & Crystal Method (the music sucked*, but the soundsytem and weather was great) -I think it was done by MTV as a promotion for the music awards * I freaking hate Fatboy and Crystal Method -fatboy spun a bunch of horrid pop sounding -bullshit -and "blew it up" when he dropped, da funk by Daft punk -the keyboard dude in CrystalM thinks he's in a rock band in the 1960s -their sound is to pop-friendly for my taste -can't dis on moby, Sasha or Digweed though (even if moby plays garbage straight off the Moby9 or whatever CD with the space suit -he's still moby, and I give him props as an artist for his accomplishments ..... even though he's a whore to marketing executives

I was at Twilo and Tunnel alot in '96, '97 and '98 I think that nostalgia tends to make the memory better than the actual experience I think that people who took part in the club/ rave experience of the early/ mid 90s each experienced it in a different way I don't think that someone could say, "this is how it was" -because it was different for each person on top of that, -each event or night was different -and someone who regularly went out (as a sort of lifestyle) would change from one night to another -his/her perception of what was going on-and perception of his/her self would also change - another thing that's important to ask (for the non-sober raver/club kids of the past) is whether or not nostalgic memories are merely mememories of being intoxicated on drugs people are mentioning sasha and digweed .... I was at the Sasha & Digweed monthly a few times, and I have to say that the crowd and "vibe" was pretty great (although, to be honest, I didn't really like their progressive house sound -I'm more of a techno fan)

I've been going on about 2 interviews per week since June. I keep hearing about people getting laid-off. And, I think that over qualified people have been applying for entry-level stuff -and there are soooo many people out of work and submitting resumes. Lately, I've been applying for Adminstrative Assistant openings, because I can't continue to not work -but I'm still hoping to get a design job; I'm always waiting to hear back from something. I'm originally from Queens, right now I'm living with my mother, which is not that bad, -but moving out -and finally getting a life seems so much more out of reach now, than it did towards the end of last sememster

I liked it. I like the little "melody" -one criticism is that the "melody" sounds like it's comming straight from the keyboard. Maybe if you used some filters on it, the sound would be more abstract ... it would sound less like somone playing "Mary had a little lamb" on a keyboard

Yo, son ... I'm new to the board also... I'm 22 -just graduated -GOT NO JOB, son -haven't done a lot of clubbin over the last 4 years either (maybe 20 or 30 times total) -was a "raver/club kid" in '96 to '98 (meaning did not miss a weekend during 96, 97, 98) I went to the Pace, Pleasantville campus for one semester. Westchester is nice.

I don't think that would make sense because each new post adds to the size of this site and increases the bandwith, storage capacity and stuff needed to keep the site running ... so, each new posts costs more money to the hosts of club planet ... the idea in reverse would probably make more sense

If I was gonna do anything, I would do that "Gonzo and AdamX birthday Party" thing .... - but there's something that's just sad about it

-once it heals, it's easier to take it out and put it back in -If you leave it out for maybe 24 hours, then it would be harder to put it back in, even after it has healed -I'm not really an expert; I took it out 2 years ago, so it's not fresh on my mind.
