A-You definately have a problem but most importantly you need to see your doctor have blood work done and have your liver enzyme's checked immediately that will tell everything. There are prescription medication's to help people with severely damaged liver's from year's of abuse, you need to discuss this with your doctor, As far as over the counter product's that help support healthy liver function, Milk Thisle,flax seed oil,LIV-52,Tribulus, these may help you depending on how bad and how much damage has been done. I also suggest drinking as much water as possible to flush out your system but you need to seek medical attention as soon as possible. A year of continual drinking is bad but many people abuse alcohol for many,many year's before they see permenant damage. Put down the bottle, go see a doc, and get your enzyme's checked immediately..................................

While we all sit around are computer's discussing drug's,politics',rhetoric, club drama etc. there are people our age some younger, some older, but they have one thing in common they are fighting for our freedom, and some of them are dying on a daily basis........ When I get depressed or think about partying, pro's,con's, etc. go about my daily life of work,hard gym training, and what I consider a lifestyle or what I have created of this life of mine. I rarely take into consideration how many people fighting for our country are hiding in bunker's,dodging bullet's,dealing with torture and brutality while most of us are concerned with where we are going this weekend or what drug's we plan on taking. We really do live in a wonderful country, Aside from the stricter drug law's caused by the war,(believe it or not drug trade really play's an important role in fueling terrorist's with the weapon's they need to inflict damage if not mass destruction). Just some thought's on my mind tonight while working out watching CNN, I hear people bitching all the time about our freedom but isn't freedom the reason everyone try's to come into the United State's in the first place. I believe our freedom,meaning too much freedom has allowed alot of the event's that have occured to transpire, however I wake up everyday feeling safe knowing that there are soldier's out there everyday willing to die for us so we can party, live social live's, and most importantly be who we wanna be. Just shit on my mind tonight if anyone else care's to elaborate please do so...................... imagine your at a club it's 3 am your about to drop your pill and float in heaven for a few hour's meanwhile there is a soldier hiding out probably dehydrated,tired,hungry, and scared shitless of what could happen at any moment.......................

I was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder in my teenage year's, it's a hereditery gene that has been in my mother's side of the family, make no mistake about it you must seek help I know what you are going through and it can make life unbearable no matter how good thing's are going. I have alway's been depressed because of this but when my mother passed away(who was my best friend I might add) a few year's back I hit rock bottom, I tried to deal with it by keeping myself busy(work) and training in the gym(bodybuilding). I started recreationally doing drug's because it helped take away the pain,guilt, and saddness I was feeling everyday. Pretty soon I found myself going out Friday night and coming home Sunday night or Monday morning I got to the point where I was so fucked up I did not know what day it was nor did I care, all this on top of being bi-polar. After about a year of this continually I found myself so lost I distanced myself from my remaining family,friend's, and everyone who had once cared for. My school,career, took nose dive,I started losing all my size, I had so much support yet I ignored it all I lost a precious girlfriend I pushed away basically my life. I went to see primary physician and told him everything!, I was immediately put on Paxil,Lithium,Zoloft, you name it I was on it. My depression got better but I became a walking zombie that stuff take's your energy away at least for me I would somehow continue school,work, gym occasionally and be in bed by 7-8PM. After 6 month's of medication I decided it was time for me to try natural herbal remedy's recommeded by chinese therapist,5-HTP,St. John's Wart,Valerian Root, Kava Kava. Since this day I stick to the herbal remedy's they help alot and I take them everyday, it help's keep me focused and allow's me the energy I need to complete my day's and the relaxation when I need to mellow out. I also take prescription Xanax which help's with my anxiety disorder, It help's but is also addictive! I try to take it in worst case scenario's it also help's keep my blood pressure down and is easier on my system than the clonodine the doc had me on. You need to see doctor immediately and let it all out,also possibly a psychologist,therapist, if you have insurance, and or able to afford it. Believe it or not just talking to a friend or someone with an open ear can make a world of difference life is not easy for anyone. If you are having problem's with drug's give your body a break, I still party occasionally but am limited to what I will do especially anything seratonin depleting related. hope I have been of some help if you wanna talk or need anymore information feel free to pm me anytime-

Again if this is a serious thread we are here to listen feel free to elaorate on why you are feeling this way and what has caused you to get to this point, we don't judge in here and we all have all been through are fare share of depression whether drug related or long term depression like myself, Bi-polar.

If this is a serious thread put down the drug's and seek professional help, or a close friend to help you get through your issue's whether they be drug related or mental health. Suicide is not something to joke around about.........

everytime I read about shit like this Sobriety just seem's better and better, I heard some kid in Miami got 5 year's for having an OC 80 in his pocket we are living in unforgiving time's, and none of us realize the consequence's we face, especially with the whole "we are feeding terrorist's by supply&demand with the drug market,fueling terroist shit". your better off blasting off your Desert Eagle at someone or attempted manslaughter than get caught with controlled substance's these day's........ this was told to me by a high profile attorney lol
