Sounds like someone who has never lived in another Country (and I will leave it at that cause I like you). From what I have read MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine) was first synthesized and patented in 1914 by the German drug company called Merck (I actually owned their stock). Scientists thought that this drug could be used as an appetite suppressant (I am sure allot of us can relate to this). In the 1970s, MDMA was given to psychotherapy patients and couples with marital conflicts because it helped them open up and talk about their feelings. This practice was stopped in 1986 when animal studies showed that ecstasy caused brain damage. The last thing consumers are popping now a days is pure MDMA. There is actually a company in Holland that will test the chemical compounds in any X pill that you send them for free. They offer this for research reasons and from what I have read some pills do not even contain MDMA. You'll be surprised at what they contain. Food for thought.

Madoka, and Petter have remixed our Powerplant tune 'Turn it to Gold', and it looks like a June release on Holland's Deep Records. I was lucky enough to land a promo and I must say this will be one to watch out for on the charts no doubt. The Madoka breaks remix is my favored but should not steer you away from the other two mixes which are equally impressive. Kudos to the Deep Records crew. Yeah, I played the "A" side myself that night. Sounded great in their sound system. Hope the PM Session crew enjoyed the sounds. Looking forward to the next invite from them. That is a glitch that I have yet to figure out how to correct. Every time you click on a sound sample the home page loop activates. In other words every time you click on a sound sample you then have to click the "music on/off" on the main page to stop the sounds from overlapping. I know it's annoying but I can't seem to figure it out. I even offered $$$$$ to ANYONE that can help me with this issue but I have yet to find someone. Let me know if you know a flash specialist that will be willing to help me. It seems like the ones that have offered to help have yet to get back to me.

Habersham - Transparent Sound Atlanta's Damon Fonooni has been producing for a little while now, collaborating on occasion with his friend Brett Abramson (aka DJ Numinous) on labels such as Music Is Freedom and their own Blueprint Recordings. However, more recently Habersham has been branching out on his own, and after a few low key minor releases that received variable support, has really turned up the heat resulting in material like these two dynamite numbers, 'Transparent Sound' and 'Follow The White Rabbit' which after hearing were quickly snapped up by Dave Seaman as the latest release on his Audiotherapy label. Spooky chimes and chords lend a spine chilling and haunting introduction to the a-side track 'Transparent Sound'. As each layer of melody creeps it's way in, a new main section begins to appear, and rumbling bass and beats soon jostle for attention against the constant chimes that rain down upon the groove. A solid bassline repeats itself, swelling until it interrupts the rest of the track and changes the direction of the track, taking it down a stomping 4/4 route where eastern style influences become apparent, but it's when the sub bass section comes in toward the end of the track and the melody is left to it's own devices that this track really slams. A gorgeous set opener that emerges from it's cocoon into a dynamic straight and breakbeat hybrid, hinting at a deeper diversity to Habersham's production skills. Both sides bring the goods in their own unique way, and show exactly why Habersham is set to become one of the biggest names over the next few months, so you can either take the blue pill and pass this by, or take the red pill, and be able to say you knew about one of Atlanta's best kept secrets long before the rest of the world catches on.
