Hey Sunny ... thanks for the welcome And Mr. Matas ... oddly enough, So Solid was here during the WMC. I had Romeo on the mic during my set at TransAtlantic and the vibe was so right on. Unfortunately, as you know, that was WMC and this is now ... and you're right, we won't see So Solid, Pay as U Go, Heartless Crew, Zed Bias, D'n'D, Horespower Productions, or anything else worthy down here until next WMC. Gotta go to NYC, Baltimore/DC, Dallas, Atlanta, LA or SanFran ... I'll keep plugging away though in the hopes for a weekly UKG party in Miami some day.

Hey all ... just joined onto this board after getting directed to it by a friend I bumped to at AquaBooty on Sat (wuzzup Vivek?!) Anyways, yeah, Atlanta is so much more upfront with their UKGarage scene. I mean sure, I did my little thing every Thursday at Mission, and then moved next door to Tanja and ran it last year, but for the most part no one in the big clubs puts on any UKG. They tried for a bit at Bed, did a couple of one offs with MJ Cole, and I did the 2step showcase last WMC that was pretty rammed, but otherwise it seems pretty dead here. Although maybe the Daniel Beddingfield tune will start to get people asking for it. And yeah ... I play UKG out of town far more than I do in town ... Miami will catch on eventually. L8rz, Toby

Wicked Night!! Best time I've had at AquaBooty since Derrick Carter. First time I've made it to Lola and I'm kicking myself for waiting so long ... nice space! Tunes, sexy ladies, reasonable prices and a foozball table :-) ... a perfect combination! And hey, If I had known you would book a DJ to drop some UK Garage/2step, I'd have been pushing my CDs on you sooner. Now that ReLoad is dead, we need a new place to hear UKG ... how 'bout bringing D'n'D, or MJ Cole through some time?
