My family is coming down at end of Feb and we're considering taking a cruise......(only about 3nt,4nt) so it limits our destinations a bit. I think we may go to Bahamas. Any suggestions? How are the Bahamas? Does anyone have any sites for good deals? thanks a lot...........

thanx ............ ya Im not over wieght to begin with. I just want to lose a LITTLE fat around my stomach. Im 5'10'', 155lbs, BF ?. BTW its impossible for me to run in the am and lift in the pm. I weight train 4-5 times a week. Thats why I dont have much cardio time. Also my job keeps me active(when i say active, I mean Im always walking around or keeping busy, not hard physical labor though). So you think cardio after is the way to go. Ive been told if i do cardio after i lift it will burn muscle. is this true? And you think 65% ( fast walk) is the good........

Im only doing cardio (mostly treadmill) once a week. I dont want to burn off muscule because Im tring to gain weight/muscle. But in the process Id like to burn a little fat. What should I keep my heart rate at so i only burn fat and not muscle. And how often should I do cardio? thanx

My bro is coming down here next weekend and were gonna get some video of him skating. Mostly street but we still would like to hit a couple parks(if possible). Ive seen some good spots around the beach and downtown. Rails, stairs, etc. Anyone know of and choice spots to hit (street or parks) ..............thanks lata

Club was great. Music was.......woooow. I thought liebing would have played a more chilled set but I was way off. He never let up. Crazy mofo. People were into it:) . Dancing all night, screaming, jumping. Im glad to see the club was packed. I really want to see this club make it. Finally get a little variety, musically. Armando = opening was dope. great tracks and mixing. however, the dj that closed the night .......I was not feeling it. Chill out on the scratching and efx. Or practice a little more. Oh well, it was his first night there. better luck next time. DECOR ...... whooo cares. not me. I thought it was fine. keep it basic LIGHTS ....... I thought they were good. just dont know about the guy controlling em MUSIC ........ what else could you ask for, bring on the Misstress. Shes gonna destroy that place. I need more protien in my diet. However, I dont have the time to cook or make a shake all the time. I usually have a granola bar for a mid morning snack, but they just dont have enough protien as i need. When I was at the gym yesterday i looked at a coulpe different bars and the all seem to be loaded w fat and saturated fat. What bar do you guys eat or suggest getting. And any sites to get good protien bars, cheap..........................thanks
