yea the primary reason we got the house is for the location ... the backyard parking is real key.....yo those stairs going up to the second floor look deadly

the house is pretty nice.... there is a nice porch on the front....u walk in the front door into a decent size living room...it had one couch in it and you could fit one more couch def..... walk through the living room into the kitchen...it has a small kitchen table with the normal fridge, counter, oven i think?? and a door to the enormous back yard where u can park... ...two bedrooms dowstairs....small size...each bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet which is pretty good.....i tihnk each had a small dresser... the stairs to upstairs are small and look deadly but fuck it right....u get up stairs and there is a small hallway with half closets on each end.....two decent size bedrooms....one has a bunkbed and the other bed room has 2 or 3 beds..i can't remember.... ...my house has 8 beds....we have 9 people....i would say 10 would be the max...but it all depends how important space is to you and your friends ....the house is not huge by any means.....but it is nice...has a porch....off the street parking...and the location is ridiculous....i forgot to mention the backyard is shared with our house...but it is huge...all rocks too nice.. ..our real estate angent told us the landlord is really cool and is not a pain are you goin through a real estate agent?? you should...we got our house for the week before MDW and the week after labor day wknd at no extra price....let me know if u need his name and number

tempkid.....me and my boys got the house next to the one you are talking about above....they are the same exact house except for a slight difference upstairs and owned by the same owner....awesome location as you know.....and each house has about 4 to 5 off street parking spots behind the houses.....its got a front porch too....i saw your house inside twice...let me know if u got any questions

by any chance, is it two floors with a porch on the bottom floor and a balcony on the top floor?

Me and my friends just got a shore house this past weekend in Belmar on 16th Ave 2 houses from the beach. We had one in Seaside the past two summers but we got sick of that. Let me know if you want the name of our realtor. He is a real good guy. The house next to ours is identical and still available as of last weekend.

There is a store in Garden State...right across from the food court next to Warehouse...i forget the name....but they have a good selection of Diesel kicks
