It's officially on Space's website now. Plus, Luis posted it on the Miami board. WOW! What a relief, I can now get my 3 day pass without hesitation!!

I'm with you man, I feel shitty for not going as well. I was fatigued from the weekend, but that is no excuse. I should have been there for Edgar and I wasn't. I will have to make up for this

Privilege is mad cool. In the age of commericalization and overblown clubs, it is nice to have a cozy little place like Privilege where people come for the music and there is more of a family atmosphere rather than madhouse. Make no mistake about it I love madhouses, but Privilege is a nice change of pace

Whatever your feelings about LP or anyone, the thread could have done without the personal attack. He coulda said "hey, when is that Hey DJ movie coming out? I hear a lot of locals are in it!"
Huh??? I don't get it. All I said is "when the hell is that movie coming out?" How is that a personal attack on Luis Puig? He's in it, but he's not making it. How can my quote back seen as an attack on anyone for that matter? I'm pro-Luis and pro-Space so I don't know what you are talking about. I'm not the one who called him an asshole. He is the only one who books PvD and Tiesto so he is cool in my book. I also want to know when the hell The Rundown is coming out on DVD. Not because I don't like it, quite the contrary, because I want to buy it and I'm anxious

I'll be there from noon til about 5:30 or so. I hope Jules goes on before I leave. It might be the only time I get to see hime
-
When the hell is that coming out??? I've heard about it for months now on A3 tv. The name of it is "Hey DJ" or something. It looks like it'll be badass because it has Space and Crobar in it. Anyone have any info on the release???
-
I got alot of pics I'd like to my posts and signature, but I can't figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated
-
Damn, that's awesome. Are you still going to be working for Crobar as well??

TACO FLAVORED KISSES
that might be one of the most original names for a CD/EP/mix I have heard in a while:aright:

heres a whole lot of pics of the c.p. miami group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Saw the pics and I must be some kind of idiot to miss that. I am OFFICIALLY making a pact with myself to NEVER miss a bbq again. That whole set up was sick and there were so many people there I knew. Plus, I did not know that soooo many CP chicks were that hot. I mean, the ones I have met are but I didn't know it was universal like that. Mark my words, I will definately be at the next one, rain, snow or hail (sp?)
P.S. For a second I was REALLy gonna frek out because there was a PvD pic in there... but then I remembered seeing the same one on Space's website. I would have died (for real) if I missed him there

I'm there without question. The timing is beautiful because I get out of my radio show @ 10:00, ride up to SoBe, have a few drinks, and head to Crobar around 11:30.
I hope I hear:
FX Zone - Synthasia
and
PvD - Crush

I think it would be badass if Tiesto brought that Blackhole MC with him to Miami. You know, the guy that goes "Black Hole in control, in control, in control..." "Please give it up for the nation's best, DJ Tie-sto" and shit like that. He's in most of his live sets and he really just sets the tone. He speaks juuust enough and never too much. The regular guy that MCs the main stage at Ultra is cool too, but Tiesto's MC would be a nice change

What did the 5 fingers say to the face???
SLAP!!!!!
I'm Rick James, bitch

I'll be giving the gift of the PRANGLE!!!!!
(Little inside joke for those of you that know what Im talking about)
-
---Mriam--- Dont forget to bring those kids from NC to Crobar this Friday. Aw, just thinking about the first time I came from NC and heard a killer set *goosebumps* it's like deja vu
-
Back when rap was good though, I was a big Tribe Called Quest Fan
-
I'll have to go with:
Outkast - Hey Ya
and
"some singer" and P. Diddiy - I Don't Wanna Know (it has the melody of an old Fugees song "Ready or Not")
Those are actually the only two songs that I not only can stand, but rather enjoy. 99.7% of rap is pure toilet. Most beats and rythms are good (Neptunes, Missy, Timbaland) but they are always fucked when Jonny Thug-o opens his yapper

Let's take bets that PVD ends w/ Time of Our Lives.
My bet is he plays "Time of Our Lives (Paul's ready to chill mix)" followed by "Nothing But You". Thats what he did at Space last time he was here and it ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED the crowd. I was actually getting tired of Nothing But U. However, when he played the 2:00 long acapella of "Time of Our Lives" at the end of a BANGING set and the female vocal hit for N.B.U. it was PERFECT. If Ultra wants to go out with a bang and send all the trancers home with a warm feeling, that's what will happen
