..Shoulder shimmy will be in full effect , i've been doing lots of Military presses .

..I usually get those type of symptoms in my Shoulder joint as im finishing my Chest-Tricep workout (last few sets).....it's kinda like a cracking noise and a slight pain . My advice is prob use a lighter weight , and if the problem still persists with the lighter weight , then get it checked out .
