smart or dumb, i'd be embarrassed to expect free drinks all night....i wouldnt turn comps or drinks away but having those expectations sounds a little bit outrageous............it is called having class, and i realize some people dont have any....

i disagree with you all... i thought his set was different, dark and well programmed, tribal, breaks and tunes i hadnt heard before.....a breath of fresh air!!! people here in Miami are so unappreciative of something unique and fresh sounding, i give Marco and Carla high fives for bringing NEW djs to this boring scene. if anyone had gone to the HOOJ party during WMC, Quivver played after S Kleinenberg and he had the place on fire til closing time -not an easy task coming after someone like Sander.....however, the crowd at this particular party was mostly composed of industry people and foreigners and they loved Quivver ...... i agree that the crowd that composed the majority Fri night, didnt have the ears or appreciation for Quivver, as DJ and producer. the energy was awful... BUT IMO it isnt JUST the DJ but also the CROWD that makes a party happen ....

our definitions of 'fan' and 'disagreeing' are clearly mixed........

yeah totally START OVER - it just doesnt flow at all. i still take the dancefloor at crobar or the old space ..........

i thought it was an average review, the whole thing with Oakey and turning his back, etc, etc was well argumented but overall i think it was just ok but nothing out of this planet. i totally disagree with the room layout, it's just too big, it needs something ....and frankly, it needs MUCH improvement. and this guido alter ego, GET OVER IT one more thing, having a thing or two to say about a review done by you, doesnt make me a fan of yours by no stretch of the word........the Tom Stephan review was shit, my little niece could have written it better without all the bs about the chicks, beer and dj booth.
