Well if u say u a lakers fan for the nba, then i guess we really are enemies My teams in nba have always been the heat and the bulls, but with the way both teams and the eastern confrence in general have been playing have had to look at western conference more and really like the mavs and kings. STill my teams are the bulls and heat.

Nerve was amazing for a couple of weeks packing it in for demi, jigga, lee, and hybrid. Now i have no idea how they have been doing as i have not been there since that time, but nov.7th im there. Maze, well I think it'll close as well but hopefully not for stryke. Crobar can be very good, hopefully they book some great talent for the future. Life, has the best locals playing every friday night but I think maybe it would have done better up in laudy. Maybe I'm wrong, but to me coconut grove crowd goes out for same reasons laudy crowd goes out. Just more peeps in laudy and more importantly more people that are not as close to the beach or downtown to hear those locals. Would love to see that house of life party move up 2 laudy though again, I know way 2 little about the "scene" up there to know if it would work. Nv if smart would promote their nights instead of letting everybody find out at the last second what is going on in their club. I can't believe nobody knew till the day of the event that chus and ceballos were playing or when it happened with scott bond and darude.

If there are two teams I have always hated its the vikings and the bills. Bills always ticked me off by always giving the dolphins problems in the playoffs and during the games where brian cox would be coming out giving the fans the finger. Vikings just always gives the packers a tough time no matter how bad they have been doing against other teams. Anyways this year, the packers are not playing their usual football which is frustrating, but still no way we are gonna lose to the vikings unless of course favre misses the game. How u gonna not like the packers when they got favre at qb, thats like hating the bulls when they had jordan. True he is not playing as good as past years, but still never count him out.

Yeah and fiedler looked amazing against the strong texans and patriots defense Anyways not saying that griese is playing amazing, just its pretty obvious fiedler is not the man for the job and griese could do it better anytime. If he plays next week versus the colts, he will have a tough time but fiedler will have an even harder time.

It's you, the nfl is great and by far my fav sport to watch and this year has had some amazing games so if u think its slacking maybe its cause u only watching the dolphins play. Unfortunately, the dolphins are playing with no excitement and have yet to impress me this year with their play (wannestadt's play calling), but they are still my team along with the packers. Also I was glad to see the marlins win, but no way in hell was I gonna watch any of the games. Baseball just does not do it for me. Btw, if football is not doing it for you nba season starts tonight, yeah the season is way 2 long and again miami along with the whole eastern conference is not that exciting to watch; the kings,mavs, lakers,suns should all keep you pretty damn entertained.

The dvd is ok, kinda wished they had more info about the group on it, videos for some of the tracks, and other goodies. Still the tour documentary is pretty funny. The album on the other hand is like I said before, amazing. I got it at virgin for $13.99, which is really a good price especially since it comes with a dvd.

1. Roland is an amazing dj that almost always plays well and over the past year he has gotten better and better, but still everyone has an off night. 2. George Acosta gets crapped on not just in this board, but others for the same reasons and I don't get why. Maybe you are tired of the style he plays, but that doesn't mean he is washed up just he has his sound that he sticks to. 3.About Edgar V you are right, I've heard a few times and was never impressed, then again I thought avb sucked when he played opium and when I say anything about that all I get is you must not be into trance anymore so usually don't post any trance reviews up, not just cause of that but also cause it's not often I will go to a trance night. 4. I hear oscar g all the time at space, I've been to oxygen and life each time he has played there in the past year, but yeah crowds were definately not the same for him as when there are euro dj's playing which is not right. Speaking of oscar g when is he playin ft. laudy or hollywood, I read about taht somewhere but completely forgot dates. 5.Markus I can't really comment on cause most the time I hear him is on the radio, his sets at space are 2 late for me and if I'm at space around the time its usually for the patio. 6. Robbie Rivera is just as good as Oscar G in my opinion and only Roland do I prefer over these guys in miami. He does not get much respect and we almost never hear about him, but hopefully some changes are made and I am hoping that he will be nocturnal's main resident dj along with jimmy t. Now that would be 7.Nerve gets crazy talent all the time, but the past few weeks have not been the guys I'm looking to hear, which is why I have not been there in a bit. Demi will be there soon, hopefully hybrid and infusion come back soon as well.

Went to it and damn all i gotta say is we got it good in miami. Our local djs are the best. I get to this place around 11:30 since I was told carl would go on early in the night. It's raining an outdoor venue, but some of it is covered. Anyways carl cox does not get on until 2 in the morning, which over here is never much of a drag since our boys open up fine and keep us having a good time, but don't blow up the place yet. Anyways at 11:30 the openers are playing banging techno with no flow and the mixing was atrocious. Now I went with a group that pretty much only listens to party 93 type of dance music, but don't mind when i take them to house parties. Needless to say by 1:00 we were all annoyed with the music and the guys are just playing way 2 banging nonstop. Finally at 2 in the morning carl cox gets on and the change from the opener's music to his could not have been done any more professionaly. Carl is an amazing dj and played great though you could tell he did not like the way the party was going on with the music prior to him getting on. Regardless he played great while I was there but I had to leave not even 2 hours into his set as the others were tired, heard the party lasted till 9 in the morning though. Hopefully whatever reason carl has for not playing here gets resolved and we get to have him play here and he gets the kind of opening that he deserves. He did say he would probably be back in december over there because he did not like the way it worked out so if u in santo in december you may be in luck in seeing him, but then again if he gets the same guys opening for him u may wish u were not there. Props to the miami djs, it is only when u see how others are opening up that you learn to really appreciate how lucky miami is to have so much talent.

Callin it a night, so I get some sleep b4 my early ass flight 2morrow. About damn time I get to see the man live. I'll have a review and some pics for u carl cox fans when I get back.

Biz would be there if I was gonna be in miami, but I'm gonna be in santo celebrating my sista's b-day with the fam and also gonna benefit from that and get to see carl play there 2morrow night. Have a good b-day, I know it will be a fun one with roger and roland on the patio. Damn maybe I can try and come back sat night instead of sunday afternoon. Anyways enjoy the b-day and the best to you this year in and out of the club world and keep having as much fun as you seem to always have. Oh and glad roland ain't at life this friday, would have hated to miss that.

Though its most likely I won't be in town, is Roland playing there friday? If he is and I'm in town then let me be the first to start the roll call. Last time there was amazing
