It is a violation of the Food and Drugs Act to import a Schedule F drug, which unfortunately includes clomid. Food and Drugs Act Part C, Division 1 Paragraph C.01.045 Subject to subsection (2) no person other than (a) a practitioner ( a drug manufacturer © a wholesale druggist (d) a registered pharmacist; or (e) a resident of a foreign country while a visitor to the United States,shall import a Schedule F Drug. You are none of the above. Subsection (2) just deals with veterinary medicine and labelling. Having stated the law, I wouldn't let that stop you. Clomid is rarely seized, especially if the packaging is good.
