Thanks! I've passed by Mango's before, but never been inside. Why that description: is it more of a club? As for Lario's they don't have music on Thursdays. Is Antigua too small for the group?

I'm planning a corporate event (20 ppl.) and I need to arrange a dinner in South Beach where there can also be a salsa/meringue lesson incorporated. If it can't be done at a particular restaurant where can we go after dinner for this? This would be for a thursday night in January 2006 Thanks

I've also heard about Torrent, but it seems so complicated since it's not just one program to download. I've tried tons of times to be patient and read about how to use Torrent, but it gets so confusing. Is that any better?

I always use winmix and on my past 2 computers I've gotten viruses - not sure if this is related. I just got a new computer with MacFee virus protection. If i install winmix will the viruses come back? What other music download site can I use?

Tommy's doing good, but his job blocked CP & he finds it pointless to post on the weekend when the board is dead. As for losing a few, that was all my doing, especially with the summer here.

No, I'm sure if i was juicing I wouldn't have to worry about bloat, just trying to get in better shape, especially toning up the stomach.

I guess I'll stick it out. When I eat broccoli it's with a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch & with grilled chicken for dinner. For breakfast I eat oatmeal with egg beaters & I snakc on Zone Perfect bars, so I don't think my sodium intake is too high. I just started taking Taraxatone to see if that helps with bloat.

Has anyone else experience bloat after eating broccoli? Since I'm trying to eat healthier & shed some pounds, I've been eating broccoli with lunch & dinner, but afterwards my belly feels/looks so bloated - can it be the broccoli causing it? What can I do to stop this.

Yes that was it. Thanks so much!! On a diff. subject why is it so hard to download R&B from winmix, every song I try & download nothing ever happens, like there will be a ton of results for one song, but you try & download them & they ALL go offline.

Thanks for the suggestions. Since the rates on all the travel websites were steadly going up I took the cheapest hotel I could find: the Comfort inn LA-universal (3 nights hotel/airfare: $530) On map quest it said 7 minutes away by taking the 101 is that a congested highway, because 7 min seems to good to be true.

Never been to LAand I need a cheap hotel that is very close to the Renaissance Hollywod Hotel on N. Highland Avenue. The only one I found that's ono the same street is called Hollywood Hotel & Hostel - does anyone have any info on this one? Thanks, Brandy

Any specific clubs I should be wary of. I don't want my camera getting taken away, since those bouncer dudes never give it back.

Do the miami clubs have any strict rules with bringing cameras in? I remember alot of NYC clubs wouldn't let you bring them in & would do a thorough check to find them.

Try Airborn Cold remedy (sold in all drugstores). They're tablets you drop in water & drink 2-3times a day. I used this when I just started feeling the sore throat coming on & it really worked. I was skeptical about it, but I always keep some on hand. I think it's the Effervescent in it that takes away your symptoms.
