I think it is by Basement Jaxx and called Red Alert. My harddrive that has the song crashed. They say it will be fixed, so if i get it i'll let you know.

I mix the same way as djsrox recommended. It works for me. As far as figuring which beat is running faster than the other, I tend to keep the song i'm cueing a little louder (in my headphones) than the one that's playing.
