yea, casbah closes at 6am. dj moe green from 10:30 till 2:15, confetti blast at ~ 1:10am.
dj stevie p, from baltimore (search for club trust), i think he does thursday nights there, some place in fell's point another night. don't really know him all that well. he's on from 2:15 till 6am.
he also has a confetti blast, but it's never at a standard time like moe's is.

which? casbah or emerald city ?
i've never been to emerald city on a saturday, but i think all the places in philly are pretty dead in the summer time. so i don't know if there's a "best night" in philly during this season.
the casbah is usually always packed. friday and saturday night, but saturday night is by far the night you'd wanna check it out.
doors at 10:30, and the line could be down to the casino floor, before doors open. that = maybe 500 people in line waiting to go in.

actually, one of the bartenders was one of the original 3 casbah dancers. she left the casbah, but stayed in the club scene for the past couple years; she danced a set this past saturday, and will start up again full time dancing saturday nights on the july 4th weekend.
