Wow where did this post come from .....how weird and funny - at anytime I was playing at space or crobar you could have walked out if you did not like my set and head over to vanilla bar or the deep which is a few doors down so I don't know why your angry....................... as with most people in the nightclub business (with no disrespect intended) i have no idea who you are. i did take the liberty however of going to your web site http://djmattspector.com/history.html and i copied/pasted some of your bio highlights they are as follows and i quote from your site Matt played only house parties and private venues until recently. ------------------------------ dade, fantastic write up as usual, in reference to the nerve, no one has worked harder or cares more about the club more than me, every good idea that nerve has, seems to come from me (including the sound system, the size of the booth, it all comes through my connection w/ dash and phazon)....and i can't begin to tell you as both a professional DJ, lover of all types of music and a club owner, how heartbreaking it is to see people bash the system just because they don't know how to use it correctly, the same goes with the top of the line comar lighting i supplied the club with at dealer cost. Me & roman ricardo one of NYC top - DJ's, (1018, tunnel, roxy, paradise garage etc,) promoters, and owners for the last 25 years did everything good from a-z and walked in one day to work and my partners decided to just change the locks on my own club. Can you imagine!!!!!!!!!...................It is a sad situation that they have exposed themselves to and unfortunately the legal system takes a little time to run its course. but please be assured that there are lawsuits on the way for both the "entity nerve" and individually for all the players involved. this legal matter i am sure will be in private but just as you have stated, the posts have been very entertaining to say the least

Programing is a foreign word to them & means nothing to them.......that's why a lot of them are BORING - most of them just get on the turntables and TEAR SHIT UP AT FULL VOLUME STARTING 15 MIN AFTER THE DOORS OPEN........this problem runs rampant in almost every club from sobe to w. palm not only at nerve. if you came to see at nerve satoshi or Roger Sanchez you would understand what i am talking about, these guys take you on a musically journey from a-z and the sound always sounds pristine..........that's also another reason why the place is full at closing time, they know how to groove the people till the end, not bombard them and chase them out at 3:30am or sooner like when the open bar is finished .................bottom line there is much more to djing than getting up to the booth and mixing 2 records together at full volume......also there is much more to promoting than picking up a phone and calling a booking agency that handles 25 DJ's and closing your eyes and picking this weeks DJ i take my hat off to you saleen you are 1000% correct in your post

wow that is impressive, can i have an autograph when you get a chance their superstar.................if your a headliner i was just curious why you keep "warming up" for all these guys you claim your equal to?................everytime you have headlined in Miami it has been "crickets" .................( so quite you can hear little bugs chirping in the night).....most of the time you can land a helicopter in the middle of the dance floor with out hurting anyone............. (the couches are there for a reason, work on packing the 6 feet of dancefloor you have left) as far as working with digweed's agency I'm sure we will see digweed in the next few weeks (i cant wait, nerve can use it), also it will be nice for you to get a paycheck for djing when they book you in Guam (where they don't know better) since you cant score one in Miami your home town as far as the drama thing goes there is none, your just a warm up / new jack who is his own best fan......and i just think its amusing...........also everything will work out great for you since your gonna have a lot of free time to tour apparently in a few weeks...so on that note i wish you all the luck in the world!

first of all Jon, after all the honest posts i have made under my name as well as what i have said to you in person or on the phone in reference to your skills as a DJ, promoter and your loyalty as a friend was a much harsher truth than what was posted by this UN happy customer of nerve. i appreciate you and a few of your cp. friends sign up under so call "alter ego's" so that you can repeatedly bash people under different sign on names. unfortunately the person who posted that you suck was not me. i know you think your one of the top DJ's in the world and i know you think your a legend in your own mind but apparently this person who came to see you play live thought you sucked, so what's the problem? get over it and let someone other than your 10 cp. friends have an opinion for better or worse. if you have ever played anywhere of value meaning a place that holds several thousand people you will know that no DJ in the world (not even sasha & digweed) can make 100% of the people at any event 100% happy. so instead of being so quick to point the finger at me and blame me for your apparently shit performance, why don't you look at what you had done that evening and reflect on your performance and ask yourself why is this person so unhappy that they would post you suck. maybe you had the volume at 12 and were banging away at 140 BPM @ 10:15pm.....or maybe that person had a fight with there spouse and they unjustly took it out on you. either way GROW THE FUCK UP AND TAKE RESPONSIBLY FOR YOUR OWN REVIEWS AND PERFORMANCES...............
