the key to not looking like a clown is if you do dark or dramatic eyes, go light on the lips and vice versa. if you want to wear a bright bold lip color do neutral eyes. u don't have to limit urself to neutrals all over

dark eyeshadows will look good cuase it will bring out ur light eyes try a light pink lip too instead of neutral. for eyeshadow try dark purple, dark brown
