It's two different places-- Cashbah is more of a nightclub, where you dance and stuff, and don't spend much money (bottle service not necessary) Mur.Mur is a really upscale place....you have to buy bottles, and spend a lot more $$

It's not a landmark, at least not yet. #2 is going to happen, once the landlord gets it back....
