  1. Chill at:

    Central Park from 59th street thru 96 Street

    South Street Seaport Pier 17

    Battery park, downtown manhattan

    Long Island Riverhead Wineries

    Borgata Hotel/Casino, Atlantic City NJ

    Ortley Beach, Exit 82 on GSP

    Your Family backyard in Staten Island

    but IN CROBAR:

    You dance, smile, have fun, drink and THEN GO HOME.

    That's funny cause the people that go to crobar don't dance. They stand around and look pretty. I like to dance and from time to time sit down and relax my legs. Cause I am not as young as I used to be. But I ain't no old fogey either. But when we go to crobar we go to dance unlike the people that hang there. I don't mean to cause no disrespect to these people. Also it seems that the vip area has plenty of seats to chill at unfortunately you gotta have loot to sit up there. I think you thiago don't get the point about resting a bit before you go out again to hit the dance floor. I like crobar. The sound, the lights and when they get a good dj it's an awesome place. But your view of crobar is plainly different than mine. Cause I am a person who enjoys dancing to a good dj. But guess what we people rest also. That's why arc was awesome cause you could chill out in the other room then go hit the floor again etc...

  2. DJ Tek was awesome! And you were amazing yourself. Please keep up the good work and the music hot! I won't review the boat but I had the time of my life. Good beats and a beautiful skyline. What more can one ask for? Don't worry about the afterparty dude. I went inside the place and it was whack anyway. No room to dance. Thank you for everything.

  3. I am going to spill tonight for playground. Supposedly katz and dj larry whom I've yet to hear are playing. Gabe gave me the heads up on this one. Free to get in and they play in the basement. Spill or whatever it was called before I guess bauhaus if that is spelled right is on orchard st near east houston. As you would say cheers!

  4. me and some friends just walked out on ikon last friday, we headed into the city really without much of a plan, decided to see if it was any good. they wanted 30 bucks at the door, there was no line, and the little line that there was was all ghetto.

    if you're at a shitty club or have to deal with crap that's been discussed here don't give them your money, they'll learn.

    Good job! Till they change the way they deal with customers I won't patron there club. I hope they love this thread. As well as the blvd owners so they learn that people deserve respect. We are humans not mechanized robots or subservients.

    Peace!

  5. Silverbull I am thoroughly impressed with your info. Where the hell was zanzibar cause I remember that club when I was growing up always being on the radio. And the oldschool roxy def remember. Like watching video music box back in the day and seeing the breakers there. Cool stuff. Too bad I was too young to go out back then.

  6. Yea these clubs think we are still in high school and think its kewl when you let people wait at the door or its kewl when you rejects a bunch of people (no ugly people, no guys, no jeans, no sneakers, not too many of one race) they think that this elitist view is what makes a club...well if people are going for clubs because its hard to get into they are dumb I like jeans, sneakers, ease of entry (no jokes) and going to a place I can chill relax, dance be surrounded by some interesting kewl people (not what the door guy thinks is kewl) fuck them, your right its the customers that make the place...If I dont go out I sit at home with a bunch of my friends and burn, I love chillin and blazin...I dont need shit like this when I could be happy...

    werd. I think that is it. Especially exit thinks we are in high school. I think they should turn that shit into the real ikon. Icon parking!

  7. Unfortunately negativity is easier to attain than positivity. I mean I think a business that works on dealing with services and customers should respect us cause they know things like this can spill into public forums and notice. I think it is about time we teach these bad business people that we ain't taking there bullshit no more. Just like those jokers at exit ikon whatever they call themselves. They need to learn that we are humans and won't deal with there corny ass shit. Yeah if we don't like it don't go there. Fuck that don't support people who don't treat customers right!

  8. Rachael maybe you are satisfied with ktu crap but we aren't. We deserve the best music and treatment as customers of any establishment. Whether you are in a restaurant or in a department store. We should always be treated with respect and kindness not like some animal being herded through fields. Respect can come with time but courtesy is a must from the start if you are gonna run a business such as a club etc... Sorry I won't fall for this ploy. Nonetheless gabe is right. There are tons of places to go in NYC where music and fun are captured ten times better than this place.

    ExitNightClub aka Exit2 aka Black aka Ikon :no::no:

  9. :clap::clap:

    :clap::clap::party: SOUNDS LIKE FUN

    Ur a promoter always following this BobG dude. I won't go back to exit till they learn how to run a club! Saturday was so awful. And now Ktu vic latino. Great job again exit. Why is websterhall being cloned? We left that place a while back and now all the big clubs are turning into ktu. Please represent nyc clublife properly. Manage and cater to people over 21. Watching 18 year olds float on k and whatever the hell they do gets boring after a while.

    Good luck anyways...
