lmao u people r sad.........jp has no control what so ever over the amount that spirit charges at the door....the owners a greedy bastard just like richard grant was...and if some of u think that he's the one who makes up these prices (which in reality arent even expensive $20-25 is reasonable... big venues suh as crobar, avalon chareg the same) than ur wrong....when JP leased exit/black he had full control i cant tell u how many times admission was freee...last NYE jp set the price as $40 for exit....id like to see anyone try and find a club in the city that charges $40 on NYE like i said before these two are on totally different ends of the spectrum u cant put them in the same category

the club scene needs alot more than eric morillo...i hate to rain on your parade but he alone is not going to revive the nyc club scene....its not something that cant be done by one person....theres alot more to it then just the music....people r gonna have to smarten up and get their acts together as far as drug abuse goes and quite frankly i wouldnt hold my breath on this one......its not gonna be tolerated ..especially after what went down @ factory ..cops r going to be all over that place....theres definetly not going to be any afterhours and im talking real afterhours not this 8am 9am nonsense....sad to say but those days are over

im not a fan of ktu but i will say david morales def does his thing on friday nites.......it definetly sux that they play out tracks ....but by the time ktu gets their hands on these tracks theyre old and done with anyways.....perfect example sylver-all this time....i crack up when i turn on the radio to hear "FRESH BEATS JONATHAN PETERS PRESENTS SYLVER- ALL THIS TIME" fresh beats my assssssssssssssss song is nothing close to new...what pisses me off more is the clueless listeners who think that everything ktu plays is exclusive ....... for those who want ktu to play music that we here in clubs ....its not that simple....many tracks arent released ...so ktu could play those tracks during dj's mix shows like the riddler but if the tracks arent released a radio station cant promote the track and give the title and artist on the air

dont get me wrong spirit doesnt have one of the greatest crowds but it could be worse......they are pretty strict with id...and face it theres gonna be underage kids @ everyclub...i think people tend to 4get that they were young once too...im sure when i was 16 @ SF there was a bunch of 23 year olds complaining about me being there....as long as they can handle themselves i personally dont care cuz face it theres plenty of older people @ clubs who cant handle their drugs/alcohol and make complete jackasses out of themselves

obviously ur not as big of an "sf jp" fan as u claim to be....sure ur opinion can change and its great to go check out other dj's but to not go see him when ur such a "huge fun" just because u think the girls r ugly is a terrible excuse....as for saying it's over thats just an ignorant statement in my opinion..... ..its only a matter of change...people are too quick to knock things when they change...just because its not what your used to doesnt mean it sucks

eric morillos very talented im not denying that...but for me factory was like a second home id just be happier if jp went back...obviously it wouldnt be how it used to but im sure if there were rumors about morillo going to vinyl ...dt fans would feel the same way i do
