despite the fact that spirit has it's own share of cheeseballs i almost always have a great time there. i've never had a problem with any "toughguys", even though some guys that bump into me are like twice my size they always apologize so it's all good.

im glad im not the only one that noticed that shit was fucked up on saturday. im not one to complain often in clubs, if the music is decent i'll have a good time, and to those saying just shut the fuck up and dance i would do that...IF I COULD. but when im getting bumped into every two seconds by some sweaty fuck that can't handle his drugs it's not really easy to do that. that, coupled with the fact that those damn boxes were in the middle of the dancefloor,and the awful stench not just from bo, it reeked all over the club, and you got yourself a pretty shitty night.
sat night was the reason that i never understand those posts that crop up every once in a while, hey wtf i couldn't get into avalon. apparently they let everyone in. avalon really needs to get their shit together.

i wish i coulda vomited all over that fucking crowd then it might have smelled a little better too. i've seen it bad at avalon but last night was just terrible. always sucks when you have a good dj ruined by a shitty crowd. anyway, ferry was good but i def had enough of avalon for a long time.

yea i thought the music was alright, i def expected more out of them. the crowd wasn't that good either actually, kinda empty. but whatever, got in for free so i can't really complain. but i woulda been pissed had i paid to get in. i just didn't feel that the energy was there both in the djs and in the crowd.

yea i just didn't feel like cooking a meal, i hadn't eaten any carbs since lunch and didn't wanna feel dead at the gym. i use ON protein and it has like a gram or two per serving so there's nothing in there as far as carbs go.
i got the idea from this recipe that i saw online for protein pancakes, they have cottage cheese, oatmeal, egg whites, and some sweetener and vanilla mixed in for flavoring. i've made them a whole bunch of times and they were really good btw, mmm, i think i'll make some tonight.

anybody here try it, i was really lazy today and didn't feel like cooking anything before heading to the gym so i just threw in a half cup or so of oatmeal into the blender with the rest of my shake. tastes pretty good, but being uncooked does it affect the digestion as far as how long it takes?
also anybody know any other good sources of carbs to make a homemade MR shake? i already have a half a banana in there as well with milk...delicious

had a blast in jamaica this past spring break. def not a clubbing type place, most of the parties are in these bar/beach club type places and most play hip hop but the girls were hot, although young, and the weather and the beaches were fucking hot. it was only like a 1k for everything, including meals and the party pass. i probably wouldn't go back there again cause i'd wanna go check out a new place but if you haven't been i would recommend it. and the jerk chicken...mmmm

never got a bottle at crobar but every time i've been there i never had a problem. in fact they def have the most courteous door people and empoyees that i've seen in any club in the city. again never had to deal with them as far as bottles are concerned so i don't know if they're dicks about that, but everything else is pretty tight in there.
btw isn't mansion in miami a gay club? i passed by there one time and it was a bunch of gay guys waiting on line.
